12/4/17 — Jewell M. Sullivan

Mrs. Jewell M. Sullivan, 92, passed away Friday December
1, 2017 at her home with her family near. She was born in Madison County,
Alabama on March 23, 1925 to Homer and Janie Goad Dudley who preceded her
in death along with her husband, Lewis Clark Sullivan; brothers, Homer Jr.,
Joseph and R.V. Dudley; sister, Irene Scott.

She was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church and Coffee County VIP
Club, the home demonstration club and a volunteer at the Foot Hills Craft
Store.

She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Sue (Orvel) Hastings and
Patricia Ann ( The Late Claude) Fletcher; son, Ronnie Lee (Patricia)
Sullivan; sister, Lorene Hargrove; brother, Edward Dudley; 8 grandchildren;
12 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law,
Josephine Dudley and Grace Dudley Moss.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday in the funeral home chapel with
Ministers Leonard Herman and Tim Hastings officiating with burial to follow
in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Sunday at Central

12/5/17 — Hazel Floyd Brown

Mrs. Hazel Floyd Brown, 76, passed away Saturday December 2,
2017 at the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro. She was born
in Winchester, Tennessee on March 29, 1941 to L.B. Floyd and Elsie Irene
Garrison Floyd who preceded her in death along with her sister, Ophelia
Champion.

She was a member of the Rutledge Falls Baptist Church and The Order of the
Eastern Star Manchester Chapter #339 and was retired from AEDC.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Brown; daughter, Cheryl (Eddie) Pass;
son, Kevin Brown (Deborah Lusk); sister, Juanita Walls; brother, L.B.
(Linda) Floyd Jr.; grandchildren, Eli (Stephanie) Hamby, Rachel Hamby,
Gabrielle and Chelsea Brown; great grandchildren, Preston and Samuel Hamby,
Leighton Brown.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with
burial to follow in the Franklin Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 10:00 AM

12/4/17 — Patricia Ann Taylor

Patricia Ann Taylor, 71, of Manchester, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on November 30, 2017. Pat Taylor was born in Grundy County, Tennessee on March 23, 1946 to Solly Dee Dickerson and Eva Ruth Dickerson. She married Gene Taylor on April 11, 1970. They raised two sons together, Danny and Doug Taylor. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother (Nana) and friend. No matter who you were, Pat was your nana. She showed all of us how to truly love our neighbors as ourselves. Her belief in God was the very foundation of how she treated everyone she knew. Pat is survived by her husband, Gene Taylor, son and daughter -in-law Danny and Hata Taylor, son, Doug Taylor, grandchildren, Ashley and Daryn Gadeken, Brandon Taylor, Laurel Taylor, Olivia Taylor, and great grandson Trenton Gadeken, She is preceded in death by her parents Solly Dee and Eva Ruth Dickerson. Pat will be laid to rest at Rose Hill Cemetery in Tullahoma, Tennessee on December 4, 2017.

Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Taylor, age 71, of Manchester,
will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017, at 11 AM at Central Funeral
Home, with Pastor Martin Bowlin officiating. Burial will follow in the
Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the Taylor family will be
held on Sunday, December 3rd, from 5-9 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Pat
passed away on Thursday, November 30th at NHC in Tullahoma.

Daniel James Sargent

Daniel James Sargent passed away at Nashville General Hospital in
Nashville, Tennessee on November 29, 2017 at the age of 54. No services
are scheduled.

Mr. Sargent, a native of Wester, MA, was the son of the late Darrell L
Sargent and Norma Remillard Flint of Manchester. He worked in construction
and enjoyed fishing, camping, building models and tinkering with
motorcycles.

He is survived by his mother, Norma Flint of Manchester, TN; one brother,
Kevin Sargent of Manchester; four sisters, Kelly Crosslin and her husband,
Jeff of Tullahoma, Cynthia Sargent of Estill Springs, Robin Sargent of
Manchester and Tammy Bolduc of Manchester and fourteen nieces and nephews.

12/1/17 — Cynthia Rose Pellam

Cynthia Rose Pellam of Hillsboro passed this life on Tuesday, November 28,
2017 at Tennova Healthcare – Harton at the age of 65 years. Graveside
Services are scheduled for Friday, December 1, 2017 at 2 PM at Prairie
Plains Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Friday from 11:30 AM –
1:30 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pellam, a native a Manchester, TN was the daughter of the late Fred
Walker and Wanda Baker Bush. She retired from AEDC after working as a
Computer operator/programmer. She attended Victory Baptist Church in
Tullahoma. She enjoyed fishing and hunting with her late husband, “Boo”.
She
enjoyed doing crafts and she was very talented in making wreaths and
holiday decorations.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,
Albert “Boo” Pellam.

Mrs. Pellam is survived by her brother, Fred Bush of Hillsboro; her
brother’s girlfriend, Rosie Barns, who Cynthia considered a sister, also
of
Hillsboro and her two precious dogs, Duchess and Beagle.

12/1/17 — Roger Gene Chick

Roger Gene Chick of Tullahoma passed this life on Tuesday, November 28,
2017 at The Willows in Winchester at the age of 63 years. Funeral Services
are scheduled for Friday, December 1, 2017 at 11 AM at Daves-Culbertson
Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mulberry Cemetery. Visitation with
the family will be Thursday, November 30 from 5 – 8 PM at Daves-Culbertson
Funeral Home.

Mr. Chick, the son of the late Weldon Aubry Chick and Clara B. Childers
Rogers of Tullahoma, was born on June 24, 1954 in Shelbyville, TN. He
attended the Westside Church of the Nazarene in Tullahoma. He enjoyed
restoring and working on cars, both as a hobby and also as an occupation.
He also loved spending time with his granddaughter, Alexus Jade Garrett.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janice
Chick and brother, James Aubrey Chick.

Mr. Chick is survived by his mother, Clara Rogers of Tullahoma; daughter,
Stephanie Jean Chick of Tullahoma; brother, Paul W Baker and his wife,
Karin of Fayetteville; sister, Ann Childress and her husband, Robert of
Hazel Green, AL and one granddaughter, Alexus Jade Garrett of Tullahoma.

12/2/17–Richard Oren Scott

Funeral services for Mr. Richard Oren Scott, age 88, of Manchester, TN will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from Noon until the service time at 2. Richard passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017, at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN.

Richard was born in Manchester, TN the son of the late Oren and Vada Scott. He was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church and was a former Deacon. Richard was a photographer for Arnold Air Force Base for many years. He was also a US Army Veteran.

In addition to his parents, Richard is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Mabel Anne Scott; three brothers, Coy, Mack, and Jasper Scott; three sisters, Kathleen Owen, Sharon Rackler, and Dorothy Harper. He is survived by one daughter, Karen (Jeph) Scott Gibbons; two sisters, Mary Robertson and Jean Alexander; two grandchildren, Kyle Miller and Cassandra Miller; two great-grandchildren, Karen Miller and Chandler Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.

11/29/17–Reba Reynolds Monts

Monts, Reba Reynolds,&of Tullahoma, passed away peacefully on
Saturday, November 25th, 2017 at Life Care Center at the age of 93. Mrs.
Monts was born in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Earnest and Alva Dalton
Reynolds. She attended Messick High School in Memphis and went on to work
as a realtor and broker in both Rutherford and Coffee Counties. In
addition to her parents, Mrs. Monts was preceded in death by her husband,
Moncel A. ;Monts. She is survived by her son, Ron Rhodes and his
wife Pat of Weeki Wachee, Florida; two granddaughters, Tammy and Elissa;
and four great-grandchildren, Zachary, Nathaniel, Gabriel, and Cristian.
A celebration of life gathering will be held after the beginning of the
year and will be announced at a later date.

11/28/17–James Larry Neal

Neal, James Larry; of Moore County, passed this life on Friday,
November 24th, 2017 at his home at the age of 70. Mr. Neal was born in
Coffee County to the late Willie B. and Gracie G. McKenzie Neal. During
his life he worked as a Plant Operator for Shelbyville Water as well as
Clouse Air Conditioning and as a Salesman for Potts Ford. He was a member
of New Life Baptist Church and loved his family dearly as well as sports.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Neal was preceded in death by two
sisters, Jewel Petty and Corine Tankersley; one brother, Willie Neal; and
brother-in-law, Houston Tankersley. He is survived by one daughter, Shawn
Shearon and her husband Daniel of Shelbyville; one sister, Betty Lou
Smith of Tullahoma; one brother, John Neal and his wife Maxine of
Tullahoma; sister-in-law, Joyce Neal; and three grandchildren, Coble
Shearon and his fiancé Alexis Malone, Kaitlyn Shearon and Sarah Shearon.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 27th, 2017 at Kilgore Funeral
Home from 5:00-8:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November
28th, 2017 at 11:00am in the Kilgore Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. John
William Hill, Bobby King and Jack Hice officiating. Burial will follow at
Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

12/2/17–Lyndel Lee Butler

Mr. Lyndel Lee Butler
Graveside services for Mr. Lyndel Lee Butler, age 74 of Manchester, will
be conducted on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 1PM in Rose Hill Memorial
Gardens. Mr. Butler passed away on November 25, 2017, at NHC Cool Springs
in Franklin, TN.
Lyndel was born on December 8, 1942 to the late Clifford and Gladys Moore
Butler in Ironton, OH. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in
death by his wife, Rita Dillon Butler and Christi Steele Butler; sister,
Leah Keitofski; and brother, Larry Butler.
Lyndel is survived by his children, Delynda Butler of TX, Jeff Butler of
TN, Ryan Butler of ND, Deta Cunningham of TN, and Dana Grammer of TN;
grandchildren, Jennifer Knight of KY, Alysha Turcotte of NH, Nicholas
Carr of KY, Aaron Butler of ND, Zach Butler of ND, Zoe and Allie Butler
of TN, Isaac and Ilana Cunningham of TN; and great grandchildren, Lexi,
Mia, and Aubrey Knight of KY, Arianna and Liam Turcotte of NH, and
MaKennah and Jacob Carr of KY.
