3/18/18–Margaret Ann Wilcher

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Margaret Ann Wilcher, age 68, of McMinnville, TN will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 18, 2018, at Dayspring Community Church. Mrs. Wilcher passed from this life on Wednesday, March 14, at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN.

Margaret was born in McMinnville, TN the daughter of the late Loyd and Mamie Pedigo. She drove a school bus for Warren County School District for almost 15 years. Mrs. Wilcher loved to cook, going to the beauty shop, and being a housewife, but her favorite thing was to spend time with her grandchildren. On March 23, Margaret and her husband, G.L. would have been married for 50 years. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Mamie Pedigo. She is survived by her loving husband, George “G.L.” Wilcher; two sons, Blaine (Lorie) Wilcher and Michael Wilcher; and five grandchildren; Lindsay (Michael) Mooneyhan, Kelsey Wilcher, Zoe Wilcher, Annie Wilcher, and Isaac Wilcher.

3/19/18–Donna Marie Tyler

Donna Marie Tyler, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Monday, March 12, 2018
at her residence at the age of 61 years. Funeral Services are scheduled for
Monday, March 19, 2018 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial
to follow at Bethany Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday,
March 18, 2018 from 5 – 8 PM.

Mrs. Tyler, a native of Cedarville, NJ, was the daughter of the late
Charles and Edith Irene Hinkle Sawatzki. She was a registered nurse and was
currently working at Horizon Health and Rehab in Manchester. She had also
worked for Unity Hospital in Manchester and The Bridge in Monteagle. She
enjoyed searching for antiques and refinishing old lamps. She collected
Fenton Glass. She also enjoyed playing Pac Man and watching the 3 Stooges
and Judge Judy on TV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother,
Charles Sawatzki.

Mrs. Tyler is survived by her husband, Dalvin Randall Tyler of Tullahoma;
daughters, Meghan Dawn Tyler of Bournemouth, England and Rini Tyler of
Tullahoma; cousin, Christine Stanley of Bumpass, Virginia; nieces, Charity,
Katherine, Lauren and Victoria Tyler, all of Tullahoma; nephew, Caleb Tyler
of Murfreesboro; special friends, Molly Frost of SC, Lindsey Lax of Spring
Hill, TN and Amber Kelley of Winchester and many other cousins and good
friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be
made to the Tullahoma Animal Shelter, 942 Maplewood Ave, Tullahoma, TN
37388.

3/20/18 — Shane Wesley Uselton

A memorial service for Mr. Shane Wesley Uselton, age 29, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 6PM at Manchester Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5PM until service time at Manchester Funeral Home. Mr. Uselton passed away at his residence on March 13, 2018 in Manchester, TN.

3/17/18 — Cathy Smith

Cathy Smith passed this life on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at NHC of
McMinnville at the age of 61 years. Funeral Services are scheduled for
Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on
Saturday beginning at 11 AM.

Mrs. Smith, a native of Jasper, TN was the daughter of the late George and
Lilie Mae Morris Smith. She was a resident of Tullahoma for many years.
She
loved visiting with friends and family and always invited everyone to
“come
by for some coffee and talk”. She enjoyed watching TV and playing computer
games. Her family introduced her to Snapchat on her phone and she spent
many hours sharing photos.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul
Eugene Smith; boyfriend, Robert Dickerson and sister, Louise Mearse.

She is survived by two sons, Johnny Smith of Shelbyville and Shawn Smith
and his wife, Jamie of Tullahoma; daughter, Tina Smith of Shelbyville;
sisters, Donna Taylor of McMinnville and Katie Gillespie of Tullahoma;
fifteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren and special friends,
Nellie Jones of McMinnville and Jone Phillips of Decherd.

3/18/18 — Charles Brian Gowen

Charles Brian Gowen of Tullahoma passed this life on Wednesday, March 14,
2018 at the age of 47 years. Funeral Services are scheduled for Sunday,
March 18, 2018 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial to
follow at Concord Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday,
March 17 from 5 – 8 PM

Mr. Gowen, a native of Tullahoma, was the son of the late Charles Boyd and
Shirley Bateman Gowen. He was a heavy equipment operator and enjoyed
riding four wheelers and collecting guns. His favorite times were spent
being with friends and family.

He is survived by three brothers, Mike Gowen and his wife, Shelia of
Manchester, Steven Gowen and his wife, Michelle of Hillsboro and Bradley
Scott Gowen and his wife, Janet of Lynchburg and one sister, Michelle
Massingille of Tullahoma.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in his honor
to the Hospice of the Highland Rim, 110 E. Lauderdale St, Tullahoma, TN.

3/15/18 — Imogene “Jean” Layne

Funeral services for Mrs. Imogene “Jean” Layne, age 84, of Manchester, will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 AM until time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Layne passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Creekside Three Rivers Assisted Living in Murfreesboro, TN.

Jean was born in Hampshire, TN, the daughter of the late Herbert and Lucille Parker Jones. She was a seamstress for PCA Corporation and Eden Industries and a member of Antioch Church of Christ. Jean enjoyed coaching softball, crafting, listening to music, cooking and gardening, and especially spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, Jean was also preceded in death by her husband, W.T. “Bill” Layne, and two sisters, Lena Simmons and Shirley Mooneyham. She is survived by one son, Randy (Linda) Layne of Ooltewah, TN; one daughter, Sherry (Richard) Bearden of Murfreesboro, TN; one brother, Norman “Buster” (Nell) Jones of E. Peoria, IL; one grandson, Joshua (Leiah) Layne of Hixson, TN; and two great grandchildren, William R. Layne and Kendall M. Layne.

3/15/18 — Ruth “Granny” Reed

Ruth “Granny” Reed, of Manchester, passed this life on Monday, March 12,
2018 at her residence at the age of 83 years. Funeral Services are
scheduled for Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral
Home with burial to follow at Fredonia Cemetery. The family will receive
friends on Thursday beginning at 11 AM.

Mrs. Reed, a native of Coffee County, was the daughter of the late Alvin
and Sally Jones Clouse. She retired from PCA Apparel where she worked as
an Inspector. She enjoyed reading her Bible, flower gardening, sewing and
spending time with her family. She also loved collecting and fixing things.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,
George Reed; brothers, Alvin, Clifford and JC Clouse and sisters, Magdelene
Teal and Elease Arnold.

Mrs. Reed is survived by one daughter, Vickie Bush of Manchester; two
granddaughters, Tabatha Hawkins and her husband, Gary of Manchester and
Kayla Bush and her fiancé, Emanuel Vazquez of Manchester; five great
grandchildren, Cole, Kursten and Greyson Hawkins and Vincent and Zola
Vasquez and sisters-in-law, Jane Clouse and Sadie Burks, both of Manchester.

3/15/18–Alline B. Sprouse

A graveside service for Mrs. Alline B. Sprouse, age 96 of Manchester, will be conducted on Thursday, March 15, 2018, 2 PM at Manchester City Cemetery with Roger Brown and Louis Johnson officiating.

Alline was born on June 26, 1921 to the late John and Pearl Banks. She was a member of Bell Springs United Methodist Church. Mrs. Sprouse enjoyed playing basketball, gardening, and loved the outdoors.

Mrs. Sprouse is preceded in death by her husband, Howard B. Sprouse. She is survived by niece, Sandy (Roy) Schaffer, Lisa (Tony) Rouvelas, Carol (Tim) Green; nephew, David (Jennifer) Banks and several great nieces and nephews.

3/12/18 — Eulalio Hernandez

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Mr. Eulalio Hernandez, age 78 of
Manchester, will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. until
8:00 P.M. at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. The family will hold a
separate service at a later date in Mexico. Mr. Hernandez passed away on
Sunday, March 11, 2018 at St. Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN.
Eulalio was born on February 12, 1940 in Monterrey, Mexico to the late
Guillermo and Juanita Rivera Hernandez. In his former years, he enjoyed
playing softball in Mexico. He loved playing pool, dancing, and was a
hard worker. Above everything else, he loved his children, grandchildren,
and great-grandchildren. Mr. Hernandez was of the Catholic faith.
Survived by his wife, Consuelo Morales Hernandez; son, Eduardo Hernandez;
daughters, Juana Hernandez, Sandra Hernandez, Aidee Hernandez; brothers,
Jose Hernandez, Jesus Hernandez; sister, Ofelia Hernandez; 11
grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

3/14/18 — Michael Joe Parsley

Funeral services for Mr. Michael Joe Parsley, age 65, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Mill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at the funeral home. Mr. Parsley passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at St. Thomas – Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN.

Michael was born in Coffee Co., TN, the son of the late James and Margaret Parsley. Before retiring Michael owned Parsley Glass Company. He loved drag racing, and he was very caring and would always lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Michael was a loving husband and devoted father.

In addition to his parents, Michael is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Pamela. He is survived by his son, Matthew Parsley; four brothers, Jimmie (Bonnie), Donny (Susan), Ricky, and Brent (Lia); and several nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
