12/27/18 — Christopher Lee Duke

Funeral services for Mr. Christopher Lee Duke, age 43, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Mr. Duke passed from this life suddenly on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, TN.

Chris was born in Tullahoma, TN to Richard and Wendy Duke. He loved fishing, riding his motorcycle, boat, and 4-wheeler. Chris was a very hard worker and an avid sports fan. He especially loved Tennessee Vols football. He was a loving son and brother. Chris is survived by his parents, Richard and Wendy; one brother, Len Duke; and a host of family and friends.

12/28/18 — Ruth Louise Brewer

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Louise Brewer, age 78, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 28, 2018, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Bro. Earl Cairns officiating. Burial will follow in Fredonia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Mrs. Brewer passed from this life on Tuesday, December 25, 2018, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Ruth was born on November 16, 1940, in Higden, Arkansas to the late George and Essie Cullum. Her mother passed away at a young age, and her family moved to South Haven, Michigan. Ruth went to South Haven High School. She married Bill Brewer at the age of 18, and they were married for 43 years until his passing in 2001. Ruth worked in home health until she had to retire in 2015 due to cancer. In her younger days she loved camping, roller skating, riding boats, and hiking. She was a member of Boynton Valley Baptist Church in Manchester, TN.

In addition to her parents, Ruth is also preceded in death by her loving husband, William “Bill” Brewer; one son, Billy Brewer; one daughter-in-law, Sara Brewer; one granddaughter, Ashley Brewer; one brother, Ervin Cullum; one sister, Opal Cullum. She is survived by her son, Terry Brewer; daughter, Sherri McCoullough (Jerry); three sisters, Billie Fife, Mary Johnson, and Pauline Stainbrook; three grandchildren, Shani McCoullough, Alisha McCoullough, and William Brewer

12/29/18 — Dorothy Ann Gold Moore

Dorothy Ann Gold Moore (87) passed away on Christmas night, December 25, 2018. The oldest child of the late John David Gold, Sr. and the late Maymie Wilson Gold, she was born in Scottsboro, AL on June 8, 1931. Dottie was married to Gordon V. Moore for 45 years until his death in 1992. She and Gordon moved from Alabama to Manchester in 1955. She was a retired counselor at the Inman Group Home and a member of Main Street Church of Christ. She was a graduate of Jackson County High School, Motlow State Community College, and Middle Tennessee State University. She was a past president of the Manchester Jaycettes, a former Sunday School teacher, a member of the Forest Heights Study Club, as well as several other social clubs. She is survived by a daughter, Rachel M. West of Nashville; two sons, Thomas D. (Beth) Moore of Brentwood and Kenneth G. (Tina) Moore of Franklin; sister, Frances G. (Ray) Powers of Manchester; sister-in-law, Janet G. Davis of Manchester; four grandchildren, Lauren (Dale) Smith of Franklin, Allison West of Austin, TX, Sarah Moore of Franklin, and David Moore of Franklin; and one great grandchild, Henley Johnson of Franklin. She was preceded in death by a brother, John David Gold, Jr. Visitation will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Manchester Funeral Home with funeral services at 3 PM. Alan Adams will officiate with interment at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

1/3/19 — Samuel Lee Pace

Samuel Lee Pace of Tullahoma, passed this life on Saturday, December 22,
2018 at his residence at the age of 46 years. Memorial Services will be
conducted on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 5 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral
Home. The family will receive friends beginning at 4 PM.

A native of Florence, AL, he was the son of the late Jack and Sally Syler
Pace. He enjoyed playing Disk Golf and Horseshoes, watching NASCAR racing
and fishing. He was an avid University of Alabama football fan. His
favorite times were spent with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Jack Pace
Jr.

Mr. Pace is survived by his wife, Toni Winebrenner Pace of Tullahoma; sons,
Bradley Layman of Manchester, Samuel Pace Jr of Tullahoma and Dylon
Winebrenner of Winchester; daughters, Angela “Kaile” Pace of Tullahoma
and
Caitlyn Winebrenner of Winchester; brothers, Danny Pace of FL and James
Pace of Winchester; sister, Christy Lewis of Chattanooga and grandchildren,
Cynthia Layman, Kacyn Armstrong, Kyler Pace, Hunter, Maysin and Waylon
Winebrenner and two on the way.

In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations to be made
in his honor to Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.

12/28/18 — Randy Lynn “Sam” Solomon

RANDY LYNN “SAM” SOLOMON, age 57, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life on Sunday, December 23, 2018, at his residence with his loving family at his side. Mr. Solomon was born in Tullahoma, Tenn., on March 23, 1961, to JD Solomon and the late Mildred Luttrell Solomon. He was a Truck Driver and was employed for the past 25 years with Ameri Gas P.T.I. as a Smith Driver Trainer. Everyone that knew him knew he thoroughly enjoyed his job. Mr. Solomon enjoyed riding off road and visiting with his neighbors. He will be remembered as a loving and dependable son, brother, husband and father.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Solomon was preceded in death by his daughter, Carolyn Suzanne Solomon. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Eley Solomon of Estill Springs, son, Sam Solomon, also of Estill Springs, daughter, Jerri Solomon of Shelbyville, step-daughter, Megan Sitz of Estill Springs, father and step-mother, JD and Helen Solomon of Tullahoma, brothers; Jim Solomon of Estill Springs, Glen (Kay) Solomon of Lynchburg, Greg (Patti) Solomon of Tullahoma, sisters, Beverly (Steve) Miller, Susie (Chip) Richter all of Tullahoma. Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Special friend and Pet, Scooter.

Visitation is scheduled for 5:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday evening, December 27, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, December 28, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Jerry Stewart, officiating. Interment will follow in the Gault Cemetery in Winchester.

12/28/18 — Terry Lynn Brown

Terry Lynn Brown, 61 of Estill Springs, passed this life unexpectedly on
Friday, December 21, 2018 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
Visitation
with the family will be Thursday, December 27 from 5-7 PM at
Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Friday,
December 28 at 10 AM at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

Terry, a native of Manchester, was the son of the late Lucius Emory Brown
Sr. and the late Grace Smith Brown. He enjoyed fishing and restoring old
cars. He loved Volkswagens. His favorite times were spent with his
children sharing his talents and knowledge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Lucius
Emory Brown Jr.

Mr. Brown is survived by son, Zachary Shane Brown of Hillsboro; daughter,
Taylor Paige Brown of Tullahoma; granddaughter, Adelyn Kapri Brown; one
grandson on the way; brothers, Wayne Brown and his wife, Vickie of
Winchester, Harold Brown and his wife, Deborah of Hillsboro, Larry Brown
and his wife, Faye of Greenhaw and Bill Brown of Manchester and sister,
Linda Brown Weaver of Hillsboro.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in his honor

Teresa Darlene Sweeny Benderman

Teresa Darlene Sweeny Benderman of Morrison, TN passed this life on Friday, December 21, 2018, at the age of 53 years. A celebration of life will be conducted at a later date. Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home is honored to serve this family.
Mrs. Benderman was a native of Nashville, TN, the daughter of Craig Sweeny and Glenda Biggs Sizer who survive. She was a homemaker who enjoyed drawing, making crafts and Christmas crafts and fishing. She loved her family and all children who she came to know. Mrs. Benderman was of the Christian faith.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Benderman is survived by her husband, Michael Benderman of Morrison, TN, son: Brandon Benderman and wife Melissa of Lebanon, TN, daughter: Britany Nicole Hill and husband Chris of Lebanon, TN, brother: Steve Sweeny of Morrison, TN and sister: Dawn Wooten of Antioch, TN, and grandchildren: Eli, Brady, Graham, Ella and Hannah.

Mrs. Jacquelyn Ruth Farrar, 83, passed away
Saturday December 22, 2018 at the Horizon Health Care in Manchester. She
was born in Warren County on March 7, 1935 to John Lloyd Turner and Bessie
Lee Rhody Turner who preceded her in death along with her husband, John W.
Farrar Jr.

She was a member of Manchester First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Danny Farrar and his wife Rena of Manchester;
grandchildren, Brian Farrar and his wife Melissa, Alan Farrar and his wife
Christy; 4 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Monday at Rose Hill Memorial

12/27/18 — Jesse Aaron Murry

Mr. Jesse Aaron Murry, 33, passed away Saturday
December 22, 2018 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. He was
born in Winchester, Tennessee on December 28, 1984. He was preceded in
death by his father, Dennis J. Murry; grandparents, Will H. Cutts, Imogene
Nicholas.

He was a member of the World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

He is survived by his wife, Jessica Brandon Murry; son, William Ashton
Murry; mother, Lorie Cutts Dillingham; brother, Dennis Murry and his wife
Jennifer; sister, Lacy Hunt and her husband Landon; grandparents, Bill and
Carol Murry; loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Daisy Ree Robinette, age 94, of Tullahoma, TN, will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Manchester Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Fields officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Mill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 A.M. until the service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Robinette passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at NHC of Tullahoma.

Daisy was born in Frostproof, FL, the daughter of the late James and Emma Brackin. She retired as a Dietary supervisor from Suncoast Hospital. She attended Wesley Heights United Methodist Church in Tullahoma, TN. Daisy enjoyed traveling, reading, playing bingo, and feeding her birds.

In addition to her parents. Daisy is also preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, William Jefferson Robinette; five sisters, Oliva V. Bacon, Theodora White, and Ida Mae Bacon, Julia Dell Goss, and Dolly Dee Arnold; two brothers, Dock Brackin and James Brackin; three sons-in-law’s, Thiron Steedley, Harold Joseph Rahner II; one great grandson, Timothy McMillian; and great grandson in law, Scott McMillan. Daisy is survived by two daughters, Karen Y.. Zukosky and Dorothy Sue Hensel; five grandchildren, Carrie Dee McMillan, Viola Ree Cash (Jarell), Harold Joseph Rahner III, Leatha Michelle Key (Joey), and Dana Robinette (Judy); 11 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, and one sister- in- law, Wilma Payne.
