3/26/19–Diane B. Foley

Diane B. Foley, age 65, of Manchester, TN, passed away on Saturday, March
16, 2019 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, TN. Private services are
planned for a later date.

Diane was born in Pontiac, Michigan, the daughter of Nelson W. King and
Lois M. Beach (King), and then later retired and moved to Tennessee in
2015 to be closer to her children. She was a self employed housekeeper in
Michigan with her own company.

Diane enjoyed tending to her garden, camping and spending time with her
family, collecting her Snowbabies, and taking care of her animals.

Diane is preceded in death by her father, Nelson W. King, mother, Lois M.
Beach (King), sister, Karen J. Black (King), and her niece, Melissa
Kelly.

Diane is survived by her husband, Patrick Foley; two daughters, Bobby
Peavey (Maddox) and Sheila and Robert Ichenberg (Maddox); two sisters and
their children, Shirley Earich and Art Earich (King) and Yvonne and Wayne
Kelly (King); six grandchildren and two great grandchildren, Tyler and
Beth Ichenberg and their children (Thorson and Torunn Ichenberg), Krista
Estep, Chase and Cheyene Ichenberg, Paige and Cody Sullivan (Ichenberg),
Gabriel Peavey, and Trinity Peavey; and several nieces, nephews, and
in-laws.

4/1/19–Billy Mitchell Hamby

Mr. Billy Mitchell Hamby, 63, passed away
Saturday March 16, 2019 at his home. He was born in Winchester,
Tennessee on October 22, 1955 to Horace Mitchell Hamby and Evelyn Brannan
who preceded him in death along with his wife, Martha Jane Hamby.

A celebration of life was held at the First Presbyterian Church Sunday
March 24, at 11:00 am.

Burial to be held April 1, 2019 at 11:00am

3/26/19–Nancy J. Brown

Nancy J. Brown, age 61, of Tullahoma passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 1:00 PM, March 26, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Tullahoma with burial to follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday evening at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home from 6 until 8 PM.
A native of Pittsburg, PA, Mrs. Brown was the daughter of the late Joseph R. McCabe and Loretta E. Brazinskas McCabe, who survives. She was a graduate of Tullahoma High
School, Austin Peay University and received her Masters Degree from Arkansas State University. Mrs. Brown was a teacher in the St. Francis Arkansas Education System, being nominated for Teacher of the Year for her work. She enjoyed photography and swimming and family gatherings. Mrs. Brown attended St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Brown is survived by two sons: Joey Brown of Asheville, NC and Thomas Brown of Manchester, TN, a step-daughter: Abby Brown of Little Rock, AR, three brothers: Pat McCabe of Lavergne, TN, Terry McCabe of Phoenix, AZ and Joey McCabe and wife Rebecca of Tullahoma, TN, four sisters: Cynthia Napier and husband Bill of Augusta, GA, Carol Maxwell and husband Bill of Scottsboro, AL, Julie Forte and husband John of Pleasant Valley, NY and Loretta Kerber and husband Tom of Plano, TX., Special friends: Autum Martin of Asheville, NC and Sharlyn Ramey of Phoenix AZ and several nieces, nephews and other family.

3/30/19–Toni Marilyn Trimble

Trimble, Toni Marilyn, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Thursday, March 21st, 2019 at Tennova Healthcare-Harton at the age of 73. Ms. Trimble was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas to the late James Trimble Sr. and Mary Luttrell Trimble and was retired from AEDC where she worked in the Payroll Department. In addition to her parents, Ms. Trimble was preceded in death by her brother, James Larry Trimble. She is survived by her sons, Ryan Woodward and his wife Shane of Tullahoma and Eric Woodward of Nashville; her brother, Phil Trimble of Valparaiso, Indiana; and three grandchildren, Lily, Carter and Heather Woodward. Visitation for Ms. Trimble will be held on Saturday, March 30th, 2019 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 2:00-4:00pm. Kilgore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

3/26/19–Helen Louise Holder

Holder, Helen Louise, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Friday, March
22nd, 2019 at her home at the age of 86. Mrs. Holder was born in
Tullahoma to the late Dan and Louise Carroll Huffman and was a former
member of Wilson Avenue Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she
was preceded in death by her brother, Grover Huffman; sister-in-law, Joan
W. Huffman; niece, Sherry Huffman Darnell; mother and father in-law,
Effie and Buford Holder; sister-in-law Leta Searcy (Calvin); nephew, Hugh
Cumbee; and niece, Linda Searcy. Mrs. Holder is survived by her loving
and devoted husband of 61 years, Charles Holder; sister-in-law, Mary
Cumbee; niece, Carla Huffman James (Tony); great niece, Tiffany McKee
(Steven) and their son Gage; great-nephews, Cory Bush, Andrew Bush and
Chris Darnell (Tami); nieces, Donna Brown, Barbara Ridner (Howard),
Shirley Lievanos (Rick) and Gail Barnhardt (John); nephews, Doyle Searcy
(Anita), Glenn Searcy, and Keith Searcy (Amanda); and numerous other
great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 25th,
2019 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00pm. Funeral services will be
held on Tuesday, March 26th, 2019 at 11:00am in the Kilgore Funeral Home
Chapel with Pastor Doug Hankins officiating. Burial will follow at Rose
Hill Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

3/26/19 — Willie Carl Rollins

Willie Carl Rollins of Tullahoma, passed this life on Thursday, March 21,
2019 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville at the age of 49. Funeral
Services are scheduled for 2 PM, Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at the Christian
Lighthouse Church, 3555 Old Manchester Highway, Tullahoma, with burial to
follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester. The family will receive
friends on Monday, March 25, 2019 from 5 – 8 PM at the Christian
Lighthouse
Church.

A native of Manchester, he was the son of the late Charles and Audrey
Morris. Mr. Rollins loved the Lord and served as a Deacon at his church,
the Christian Lighthouse Church of Tullahoma. He loved being outdoors
fishing, hunting and camping. He also enjoyed being with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Monica
Rollins.

Mr. Rollins is survived by his wife, Crystal Rollins of Tullahoma;
daughters, Jessica Rollins and Shelby Rich and her husband, Johnathan, both
of Tullahoma; brothers, Johnny Morris and his wife, Tina of Manchester,
Lewis Morris of Tullahoma, Randall Rollins and his fiancé’, Tammy McGee
of
Tullahoma and Timothy Morris and his wife, Beth of Hillsboro; sister,
Teresa Chandler of Manchester and two grandchildren, Lexus and Harley
Wayman.

3/27/19–Melissa Jane Thomas

Melissa Jane Thomas passed from this life on March 20, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday March 27, 2019 at 2 P.M. at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 P.M. until 2 P.M. Melissa was born in Tullahoma, Tennessee to Billy Tom Thomas and Martha Watson Thomas.

Melissa was employed at the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department. She was a loving mother, daughter, and sister. Melissa had a special love for her dogs Zoi, Chloe, and Rusty. She also enjoyed journaling, and expressing herself through art.

Melissa is preceded in death by her father Billy Tom Thomas. She is survived by her mother; Martha Watson Thomas, son; Zachery Thomas Reed, brother; Billy Wayne Thomas (Cindy), significant other Jeff Hill, several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

3/23/19–Nellie Jay Brantley

Graveside services for Mrs. Nellie Jay Brantley, age 93, of Wartrace, TN,
will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Rose Hill
Memorial Gardens with Bro. Tom Brantley officiating. Visitation with the
family will be held from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM on Saturday, March 23 at
Manchester Funeral Home. Mrs. Brantley passed away on Thursday, March
21, 2019 at McArthur Manor in Manchester, TN.

Nellie was born in Guntersville, AL, the daughter of the late Tommy and
Edna Duran Wright. She was an office manager at AEDC for 30 years before
retirement and was an active member of Bell Springs Methodist Church.
Nellie loved painting, gardening, cooking, collecting antiques, was
active in her community, and was “an absolute Southern lady.” Nellie,
along with her late husband, Charles Brantley, were very involved in and
enjoyed working with the TN Walking Horse Breeder’s Association.

In addition to her parents and husband, Nellie was also preceded in death
by one sister-in-law, Ada Wright; and one brother-in-law, Paul
Halmontaller. She is survived by her brother, John H. Wright of
Manchester; sister, Minnie Halmontaller of Crossville; numerous nieces
and nephews; and many extended family members.

The family would like to thank the management, nurses and staff of
McArthur Manor and Avalon Hospice for their kindness, compassion, and
respect they have shown during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bell Springs
Methodist Church Building Fund.

3/23/19 — Wilma Jean Simmons

Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Jean Simmons, age 79, of Manchester, will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Manchester Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Simmons Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, March 22, 2019, at the funeral home. Mrs. Simmons passed from this life after an extended illness on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Horizon Healthcare in Manchester, TN.

Jean was born in Morrison, TN, to the late Howard and Nadine Caldwell. She lived in Elkhart, Indiana for a period of time, before returning to Tennessee. Jean retired from Deutsch in Tullahoma and was a member of New Union Baptist Church. Jean loved to travel, and she enjoyed going to the Manchester Senior Center. Family and friends were the light of Jean’s life. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Jean is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Earl Simmons; one son, Randall Simmons; one son-in-law, Joe Cagle; seven siblings. She is survived by her very special friend, James Lemons; two sons, Donny Mathis (Stephanie) and Ricky Simmons (Angel); three daughters, Mae McAfee (Ray), Barbara Cagle, and Trish Porter (Daniel); three sisters, Mary Spry, Juanita Tripp, and Louise Simmons; six grandchildren, Richard Jarrell (Angela), Tony Jarrell (Christine), Joshua Mathis (Jennifer), Res Simmons (Kayla), Katelin Simmons (Dylan), and Ashley Simmons; eight great-grandchildren, Caleb, Kira, Jake, Mackenzie, Aubree, Brooklyn, Marley, and Katilyn.

The family would like to thank the management, nurses, and staff of Horizon Healthcare, Avalon Hospice, and Rock Gate Seniors Residence for their kindness, compassion, and respect they have shown during the family’s difficult time.

Clara Mae Wilcox of Manchester, passed this life on Tuesday, March 19, 2019
at Manchester Health Care at the age of 71. Funeral Services are scheduled
for 11 AM, Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Powell Cemetery. The family will receive friends on
Friday, March 22, 2019 from 5 – 8 PM.

A native of Raus, TN, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Adale
Allen Prince. She enjoyed dancing, going for rides in the car and playing
bingo. She also loved jewelry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Stella
“Sissy” Prince and brothers, Raymond and Floyd Prince.

Mrs. Wilcox is survived by her husband, Billy Wayne Wilcox of Manchester;
sons, Billy Wilcox and his wife, Nicole of Manchester and Eric Wilcox and
his fiancé, Jeannie Sons of Tullahoma; daughters, Debbie Phillips and her
husband, Leon of Georgia, Tina Potter of Smithville, Dianna Boyette of
Murfreesboro, Janice Wilcox of Grundy County and Edna Wilcox of
McMinnville; brothers, Gary Prince of Tullahoma and William Prince and his
wife, Hilda of Manchester; sister, Janie Gavin of Manchester; and sixteen
grandchildren.
