6/30/19 — Julie L. Price

Julie L Price of Hillsboro, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at her
residence at the age of 43 years. Visitation with the family will be
Sunday, June 30, 2019 from 2 – 4 PM.

Julie, a native of Tullahoma was the daughter of Steve Gilliam of Tullahoma
and the late Donna Taylor Gilliam. She enjoyed fishing, flower arranging,
photography and working outside in her flower garden.

In addition to her father, she is survived by husband, David Price of
Hillsboro; sons, Steven Lee Ryan Price and Alexzander Collin Price;
brothers, Coty Hall and Douglas Gilliam, both of Tullahoma; sister, Kirsty
Gilliam of Tullahoma and best friend, Lynn Price of Wartrace.

Mary Louise Rogers

Mary Louise Rogers, age 87 of Manchester passed away on June 25, 2019. She was born on May 22, 1932 in Rochester, New York. Mary loved her grandbabies, music, gardening, and crossword puzzles.
Proceeded in death by her parents Edward and Alice Lynch, Her husband Theodore O. Rogers, and son Edward Rogers. She is survived by her children; Doug Rogers, Teresa Garvin, Sandra Webster, and Gerald Rogers; grandchildren Shari-Lynn, Denise, David, Jake, Vanessa, Vincent, Stephanie, Samantha, and Katilyn; great-grandchildren Katherine, Serenity, Kyah, Vladimir, Vivian, Courtney, Dylan, and Brendan; great great-grandchild Keaton; and several nieces and nephews.

6/28/19 — Amelia Faith Nunley

Amelia Faith Nunley was born an angel on June 24th, 2019 at Harton Hospital. Amelia is the infant daughter of Cory Nunley and Hope Sartain. She is survived by her siblings, Kason and Emery of Monteagle, Maternal Grandparents Robert and Angel Lovitt of Winchester, Paternal Grandparents Tim and Gwen Nunley of Monteagle, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and an abundance of family friends. She is preceded in death by her Maternal grandfather, Brent Sartain of Monteagle.
The family will welcome visitors on Friday, June 28th from 11AM-1PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. A private burial service will be held in Monteagle.

Funeral services for Mrs. Goldie Mae Nemeth, age 84, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 29, 2019, At Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gilley Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 until 9:00 PM on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the funeral home. Mrs. Nemeth passed away on Tuesday, June 25. 2019, at her residence.

Goldie was born in Woodbury, TN, the daughter of the late Arthur and Pauline Sadler. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, collecting coins, playing bingo and her favorite video game Bomber Man, most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and spoiling her granddaughter.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Nemeth; one sister, Simmie Lee Sadler. She is survived by two sons, Roy Wayne Slate and Joseph Nemeth III (Brenda); one daughter, Tracy Nemeth; two brothers, Charles Sadler and Jerry Sadler; one grandchild, Nicole Ryan (Creighton); and three great grandchildren, Natasha Nemeth, Hunter Ryan, and Nolan Ryan.

Funeral services for Mrs. Millie “Evelyn” Cawthron, age, 85, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 30, 2019, at Manchester Funeral Home with Brother Jack Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in Jernigan Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 until 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at the funeral home. Mrs. Cawthron passes away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at her residence surrounded by loving family.

Evelyn was born in Coffee County, TN, the daughter of the late Herbert and Easter Frazier. She was a homemaker and enjoyed watching Bonanza, Days of our Life, and The Walton’s, doing yard work, and most all of spending time with her family epically her brother Fred and his dog Troubles.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Cawthron; four brothers, Estill Frazier (Mary Edith), John Frazier (Myrtle), Jim Melton Frazier, and George Frazier (Mary Magalene); one sister, Bertha Harmon (Belford). She Is survived by one daughter, Patricia Cawthron; three brothers, Fred Frazier (Emma), Morris Frazier (Mary Jessie), and Billy Frazier (Sally); one special niece, Lisa Sanchez; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Harry Barr Gilley, age 90 of Manchester, will be conducted on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Brother Danny Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Coffee County Funeral Chapel.
Mr. Gilley served as the City Attorney for the City of Manchester and retired after over 30 years of serving as the Juvenile Judge in Manchester. He was a member of the VFW, National Rifle Association, and the Republican Convention Committee. Harry served our country in the United States Army and was a graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Law.
Preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Adeleine Gilley; his loving wife, Billie Ray Gilley; brother, Billy Gilley. Survived by his step-daughter, Lisa Teroy; step-son, RonDal Teroy; 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

7/13/19 — Joan Rose Schultz

Joan Rose Schultz of Tullahoma, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at her
residence at the age of 80 years. Funeral Services will be held Saturday,
July 13, 2019 at 10 AM at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church with
visitation with the family beginning at 9 AM.

Miss Schultz, a native of Chicago, was the daughter of the late Carl and
Cecile Ziaja Shultz. She relocated to Tullahoma about ten years ago to be
close to family. She worked as a crossing guard at East Lincoln School in
Tullahoma. She enjoyed watching TV, especially the Wheel of Fortune. She
was also a good cook. Miss Schultz was a very thoughtful and loving person
who never forgot any of her family’s birthdays, anniversaries or special
occasions.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Carl and
John Schultz and sister, Madeleine Blackburn.

She is survived by sisters, Cecilia Baldassari and her husband, Gary of
Marengo, IL and Katherine Kier of Renton, WA and brother-in-law, Michael
Blackburn of Tullahoma.

6/27/19 — Ulysses S. Ray, Jr.

Funeral services for Mr. Ulysses S. Ray, Jr., age 92, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hillsboro Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the funeral home. Mr. Ray passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, TN.

Ulysses was born in Coffee County, TN, the son of the late Ulysses and Edith Ray. He attended Victory Baptist church in Manchester, TN. He was a heavy equipment operator for Coffee County for many years. He also was a U.S Army Veteran, serving in World War II. He enjoyed working in the garden and playing with his dog.

In addition to his parents, Ulysses was preceded in death by two brothers, James Myrtt Ray and R.L Ray; four sisters, Katherine Elizabeth Snyder, Betty Francis Winton, Nellena Gold, and Naomi Ruth Rogers. He is survived by two sons, Jeff Ray and Mike Ray.

6/29/19–Kenneth Dewayne Rigsby

Mr. Kenneth Dewayne Rigsby, 84, passed away Sunday June 23, 2019 at NHC Nursing Home in McMinnville, Tennessee. He was born in Harrison, Tennessee on February 26, 1935 to Claude A. Rigsby and Lora Stubblefield Rigsby who preceded him in death along with his daughter, Donna King; brothers, Marlin, George and Raymond Rigsby; sisters, Brette Pickett and Inez McGrew.
He was a US Navy veteran and was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. He was a retired Truck Driver with Yellow Freight and owner of Rigsby’s Green House in Morrison, Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife, of 63 years, Florence McElwain Rigsby of Morrison TN; son, Don (Diane) Rigsby of Los Angeles, CA; daughter, Sherrill (Ronnie) Teal; of Morrison,TN, Mickey King (son-in law); of Cornersville, TN.
Grandchildren, Jennifer (Johnny) Cothran,Eagleville, TN, Roger (Charity) Teal, Laverne, OK, A.J. (Valerie) Teal, Morrison, TN Sam King, Hoover, Al. Sarah King Cornersville, TN., Kristen Rigsby and Michelle Rigsby; of Los Angeles, CA.
10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside service will be held at Shady Grove Cemetery Saturday, June 29th at 1:00 pm with Military Honors.

6/25/19 — Clark Wayne Weatherford

Mr. Clark Wayne Weatherford, 33, passed away
Friday June 21, 2019 in Henderson, Kentucky while traveling for his job. He
was born in Tullahoma, Tennessee on February 27, 1986.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Melissa Ann Clark Weatherford;
grandparents, John and Dorothy Clark, Howard and Joann Weatherford.

He was a LPN employed by Southern Health Partners. He was a member of
Trinity Baptist Church.

He is survived by his sister, Amy and her husband, Jason Vaughan, Medina,
TN; girlfriend, Sarah Smithbauer; nephew, Elliott Vaughan and niece,
Abigail Vaughan; aunt and uncle, Brenda and Charlie Sanders, uncle, Don
Clark; numerous cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday in the Central Funeral Home chapel
with Ministers, Clint Shrum and Brian Wimberley officiating with burial to
follow in the Hillsboro Memorial Cemetery. Visitation: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
