7/26/19-Homer Graham, Jr.

Mr. Homer Graham, Jr. age 85 of Manchester, Tennessee passed from this life Monday, July 22, 2019, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester.
He was a son of the late Homer Graham, Sr. and Renice Graham and was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Craig Graham and J.W. Graham; sisters, Anna Lee Harris and Oma Ruth Ledford; mother of his children, Dalpha Meeks Graham and his wife, Vada Gregory Graham.
Mr. Graham was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and was a member of the Gideons. He was a retired businessman and had been a part of the furniture manufacturing and Graham Furniture Store with his family. Later he had operated the Shelter Insurance office in Tracy City.
Mr. Graham loved music. He enjoyed playing the guitar, piano, mandolin, base and fiddle and loved to fish. He shared this love of music with all of those around him and his presence in the family and community will be greatly missed. Pa Homer, as he was known, has had and will continue to have a special place in the hearts of all that knew him.
Survivors include his children, Derryl and wife, Sandy Graham; daughter Sharon and husband, Tommy Nunley; brother, Larry (Priscilla) Graham; sister, Doris Hughes, Carol (Ronnie) Gray, longtime friend, Catherine Henry, grandchildren, Dustin and Dillon Graham, Christopher Allen and Dallas Nunley; great grandchildren, Drew and Drake Graham, Sadie and Scout Nunley; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday in the funeral home chapel with the Reverend Don Morris officiating. Entombment will be in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Friday from 11:00 A.M. until services at Central Funeral Home. James D. Monilaw

James D. Monilaw of Manchester, passed this life on Monday, July 22, 2019
at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, at the age of 89. No services are
scheduled.

James, a native of Hinsdale, IL, was the son of the late Harold and Zelda
Monilaw. He was a U S Air Force veteran serving during the Korean War. He
was a pilot and flight instructor. He enjoyed photography and loved being
outdoors, especially in the north woods of Wisconsin. He was a very
outgoing person and loved meeting new people. “ He was an honest and good
man.” His favorite times were spent with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Joan Monilaw
and sister, Jan Farr. He is survived by sons, Tom Monilaw and his wife,
Norma Jean of San Antonio, TX and Courtney Monilaw and his wife, Hannah of
Manchester; daughter, Tamara Monilaw of Seffner, FL; brother-in-law, Tommy
Farr of Belvidere, Idaho; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

7/25/19 — Peggie Jewel Perry

Funeral services for Mrs. Peggie Jewel Perry, age 87, of Manchester, will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Gnat Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at the funeral home. Mrs. Perry passed away at her residence in Manchester, TN, on Monday, July 22, 2019.

Peggie was born in Pulaski, TN, to the late Rassie H. and Ester L. Watts. She was a cook and restaurant owner for many years. Peggie loved her flower garden, to cook, and to dance. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and writing in her journal. When she was younger, she enjoyed photography and drawing. Peggie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

In addition to her parents, Peggie is also preceded in death by her first husband of 20 years, Edward Estep; second husband of 27 years, Norris Perry; one son, Glen Estep; two brothers, Rassie Watts, Jr. and Floyd Watts; three sisters, Elise Malone, Alene Collins, and Christine Halloran; one grandchild, Glenn Estep. She is survived by two sons, Phillip Estep (Susan) and David Estep (Tina); two daughters, Connie Schaffer (Jeff) and Vicky Murdock; one daughter-in-law, Connie Estep; nine grandchildren, Kristina Limbaugh, Bryan Beets, Andrea Beckham, Claire Estep, Melissa Murdock, Libby Sumner, Kyle Mendoza, Kimber Mendoza, Tristan Mariani; seven great-grandchildren, Gus Beets, Ethan Beets, Helena Dunn, Clayton Beckham, Canaan Beckham, Zackery Limbaugh, and Hunter Limbaugh.

7/23/19–Jackie Ruth Carter

Funeral services for Ms. Jackie Ruth Carter, age 82, of Tullahoma, TN, will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hurricane Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 AM until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Ms. Carter passed away on July 20, 2019 at Manchester Healthcare.

Jackie was born in Coffee County, TN, the daughter of the late Buford and Karen Wiser Banks. She was a homemaker and was of the Church of Christ faith. Jackie enjoyed gardening, sporting, fishing, going on sight seeing road trips, watching game shows, and especially spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, Jackie was also preceded in death by sisters, Betty Lou Banks, Inez Banks Newberry, Venitta Perry, Dorris Ann Aldridge, and Reba Phene Williams. She is survived by two sons, Ricky and Randall Carter; one sister, Ruby Winton; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

7/22/19 — Pascal C. Thomas

Pascal C Thomas of Hillsboro passed this life on Friday, July 19, 2019 at
his residence at the age of 82. Graveside services are scheduled for
Monday, July 22, 2019 at 3 PM at Beans Creek Cemetery in Hillsboro.

A native of Coffee County, he was the son of the late Claude and Vivian
Hawk Thomas. He was a member of Our Fathers House Church in Cowan and
enjoyed attending church. He enjoyed fishing, listening to gospel music,
gardening and tending his chickens. He also loved his “Little Dog”, Daisey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary
Jewell Walden Thomas; son, Ricky Calvin Thomas; brothers, Charles and
Gladys Thomas and sisters, Juanita Lewis and Nell Perry.

He is survived by daughters, Diane McCormick and her husband, Randy and
Donna Sitz and her husband, Tony both of Hillsboro; brother, Doug Thomas
and his wife, JoAnn of Manchester; grandchildren, Samantha Thompson and her
husband, Rob, Jessica Massingille and her husband, Kanawful, Craig Majors
and Danielle Hill and her husband, Josh and great grandchildren, Lilly,
Holt, Hope, Sadie, Piper, Zephyr and Daxx.

7/24/19 — Paul Alan Fuller

Paul Alan Fuller of Tullahoma passed this life on Friday, July 19, 2019 at
his residence at the age of 75. Funeral Services are scheduled for
Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 11 AM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from
5 -8 PM on Tuesday, July 23 at the funeral home.

A native of Bedford County, he was the son of the late Alvin and Pauline
Jones Fuller. He was a U S Army veteran and also served in the National
Guard serving approximately 17 ½ years totally. He was a supervisor at
Wisco Envelope and after retirement was very active with the Tullahoma and
Manchester Senior Citizens, serving as President of the Coffee County
Senior Citizens Center. He also worked for the Tullahoma News and Lowes.
Mr. Fuller was a member of the Thompson Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed
dancing, collecting guns, playing golf, gardening, reading and photography.
He was a very active member of the Boy Scouts for 26 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Franklin
Delanoe Roosevelt Prater Jr. and brother, Verlon Fuller.

He is survived by his loving wife, Gracie Ann Culver Fuller of Tullahoma;
sons, James Wesley Prater and his wife, Stacey of Normandy and Jon Joseph
Fuller and his wife, Deborah of Summrall, MS; daughters, Brenda Louise
Bivins and her husband, Danny of Manchester and Deborah Kaye Fuller of
Murfreesboro; sister, Sandra Cossey of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Jeremy
Bivins and his wife, Aurora of Knoxville; Brittany Bivins of Kauai, HI,
Bryant Prater and his wife, Katie of Normandy, James Fuller and his wife,
Amanda of Winchester, Tiffany Scalf of Manchester and Natasha Garbe and her
husband, Mike of Marshfield, WI and great grandchildren, Jack Fuller,
Everly Rose Garbe and Adalynn Scalf.

7/23/19 — Debbie Sain Hurt

Debbie Sain Hurt of Moore County passed this life on Saturday, July 20,
2019 at her residence at the age of 67. Funeral Services are scheduled for
Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial
to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday,
beginning at 12 PM.

Mrs. Hurt was born in Manchester, the daughter of the late Buford and
Mildred Thomas Sain. She worked for Worth Sporting Goods for several years.
She enjoyed being with her family, especially her grandchildren. In
addition, she enjoyed watching wrestling and cartoons on TV, coloring and
being on Facebook. She especially enjoyed attending Moore County High
School Basketball Games and watching her granddaughter, Haley cheer. She
also enjoyed watching college football games especially Alabama and
Tennessee.

She is survived by daughters, Lisa Ray and her husband, Christopher and
Angela Bunn and her husband, J L, both of Moore County; brother, Roy Sain
and his wife, Sandra of Coalmont; sisters, Sherry Watson and her husband,
Terry of Winchester and Cindy Rutledge of Louisville, KY; grandchildren,
Seth Elsbree and his wife, Laura of Tullahoma; Haley Bunn of Moore County,
Theodore Bradford and Rosa Beasley, both of Chesapeake, VA, Thomas Beasley
of Winchester and Nicholas Beasley of Tipton, TN and eight great
grandchildren.

Edward E. Felts

Edward E. Felts of Tullahoma, passed this life on Saturday, July 20, 2019
at his residence, at the age of 72. Memorial Services will be scheduled at
a later date.

Edward, a native of Manchester, was the son of the late Aaron and Lurene
Holt Felts. He attended Kings Cross Church. He enjoyed watching TN Vols
Football and Basketball games and Vanderbilt Baseball Games. He loved
telling “tall tales”, especially about “Bigfoot”. He believed in “Bigfoot”
and “UFO’s” and loved watching Ancient Aliens and other shows about UFO’s
on TV. He was also a big fan of the “Old West”, Roy Rogers and Audie
Murphy. He always thought of himself as a “Misplaced Cowboy”.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Felts of Tullahoma; sons, Jeff and
Kenneth Felts, both of Tullahoma and Nick Periut of Knoxville; daughters,
Linda Johnson of Tullahoma and Lisa Morgan of Jasper, TN; grandchildren,
Matthew Felts, Jaclyn Salgado, Houston and Ryan Hagaman, Cora and Jack
Periut, Garrett Barr and Cole Morgan and great grandchildren, Dexter,
Emberleigh and Josephina.

7/27/19 — Robert Weldon Moore

ROBERT WELDON MOORE, age 76, of Smithville, Tenn., formerly of Tullahoma, Tenn., departed this life on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at NHC Healthcare in Smithville, Tenn. Mr. Moore was born in Paragould, Ark. on July 13, 1942, to the late Luther and Della Heard Moore. He was a member of the First Church of Jesus Christ in Tullahoma. Mr. Moore was last employed at Lowe’s in Tullahoma as a custodian during his retirement. He was a deacon and usher at his church for many years and loved attending. Mr. Moore was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wives, Donna Marie Moore and Marilyn Moore, and daughter, Shirleen Clower.

He is survived by his son, Robert Dwayne Moore of Smithville, daughter, Dorothy Moore of Brush Creek, Tenn., Grandchildren; Kelsey (Cory) Young of Centertown, Raeleigh Moore and Isaac Bentley both of McMinnville, sister-in-law’s, Pat Moore of Monterey, Tenn., Fay George of Taylor, Mich. and Nell George of Paragould, Ark.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 27, at the First Church of Jesus Christ in Tullahoma with Bro. and Sister Taylor, officiating.

Walker Kyle Cazzell, passed this life on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at Erlanger
Hospital in Chattanooga. Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, June
20 at 12 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial to follow at
Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 10 AM.

Walker was the son of Robert Cazzell and Ashlynn Harmon of Manchester. In
addition to his parents, he is survived by sister, Aliyah Cazzell; paternal
grandparents, Tabitha and Daniel Cazzell of Manchester; maternal
grandparents, Iva and Gene Harmon of Manchester’ aunts, Brianna
Casteel-Shetters and her husband, Timothy Gage of Estill Springs and Hailey
Danielle Cazzell of Morrison; uncle, Jackson Cazzell of Morrison; great
aunts, Sabrina Beechum and her fiance’, Keith Monroe of Tullahoma, Evie
Wells and her husband, Dustin of Columbia, Jessica King and her husband,
Coy of Estill Springs, Tabatha Cazzell of Manchester and Julie Morris and
