Tina Michelle Waggoner

Mrs. Tina Michelle Waggoner, age 58, of Manchester, TN was born on November 11, 1960, to the late Franklin Darnell and Patsy Burks. She passed from this life after a long health battle, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at her home in Manchester. Tina loved to travel and watch sports, and she especially loved going to Titan’s games. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

In addition to her parents, Tina is also preceded in death by her stepfather, Robert Burks; one sister, Ronita Parsons. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Jackie Waggoner; one son, Justin Waggoner; one sister, Penny Jacobs; three grandchildren, Jaxon, Jorja, and Jones Waggoner; three nephews, Brandon Elam, Erick Elam, and Jamie Holbrook.

8/1/19 — Janice Elaine Ramsey

Janice Elaine Ramsey of Tullahoma, passed this life on Monday, July 29,
2019 at her residence at the age of 74. Funeral Services are scheduled for
Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends
prior to the service beginning at 1 PM.

A native of Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Vincent Loechner
and the late Mildred Litchenberger Kieck. She attended the Covenant
Presbyterian Church in Tullahoma. Mrs. Ramsey loved the beach and going
boating. She enjoyed having fun with her grandchildren singing and dancing.
She loved helping people, especially children.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold
B. Ramsey Sr and sister, Joyce Scarborough.

Mrs. Ramsey is survived by sons, Dennis Kelly and his wife, Michelle of
Fairfax, VA, Christopher Ramsey and his wife, Mandy of Goldsboro, NC and
Harold B. Ramsey Jr. and his wife, Tiffany of Groveland, FL; daughters,
Debbie Millman and her husband, Mark of Madison, WI, Kathy Sanchez and her
husband, Gilberto of Tullahoma, Tammy Cyr and her husband, Ray of
Tullahoma, Debra Sprung of Paisley, FL, Linda Thomas and her husband, Bill
of Altamonte Springs, FL, Cheryl Causey of Osteen, FL and Dawn Goss and her
husband, Marcus of Altamonte Springs, FL; brother, Vincent Loechner and his
wife, Debbie of Forked River, NJ; sister, Carol Richter of Whiting, NJ;
thirty three grandchildren and twenty nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to her
favorite charity, Blue Monarch, P O Box 1207, Monteagle, TN 37356.

7/29/19 — Mary Imogene Collins

Mary Imogene Collins, age 92, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Monday, July 29, 2019 at Life Care Center of Tullahoma, surrounded by her loving family.  Private graveside services will be held at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

Mary was born in East Prairie, Missouri, the daughter of the late Charles E. and Florence Smith Cowser.  She was a homemaker and attended First Presbyterian Church of Tullahoma.  Mary enjoyed visiting people and helping in any way she could.  She and her husband, Samuel T. Collins owned and operated Oak Market for several years.

In addition to her parents, Mary was also preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Thomas Collins; two brothers, Ruben and J.C. Cowser; four sisters, Jane, Elain, Gladys, and Ruth.  She is survived by two daughters, Loretta Rogers and Renee St. John; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren.

7/30/19 — Elizabeth Violet Howard

Miss Elizabeth Violet Howard, 8 week old infant,
passed away Friday July 26, 2019 at the Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in
Nashville, Tennessee. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on May 31, 2019.

She is survived by her parents, Scott C. and Christina Freeze Howard;
brothers, Michael and Tyler Howard; grandparents, Robert and Martha Howard,
Debra (Jim) Hanson and Jerry (Sandra) Freeze; aunt, Shelby Freeze; uncles,
Brad (Cambridge) Howard and Justin Hanson; cousins, Landen, Bentley,
Caroline, Kinsley and Braydon.

7/29/19 — Gary Allen

Mr. Gary Allen, 81, passed away Saturday July 27,
2019 at his home. He was born in Summitville, Tennessee on January 7, 1938
to Everett R. Allen and Maude Scruggs Allen who preceded him in death along
with brother, Donnie Allen; sisters, Vivian Benson, Wanda Bailey and Patsy
J. Harmon.

He was a US Airforce veteran.

Gary worked at AEDC for 26 years where he was a outside machinist and chief
steward for the Machinist Union for 18 years. After his retirement he
helped his wife at their business, Porkey’s Pit BBQ. He was an inventor
and was involved in some kind of sports most of his life from football in
high school through coaching softball and bird hunting. He liked to travel
and enjoyed many trips with his family. At the age of 50 Gary became an
avid golfer, traveling all over to pursue his interest especially to the UK
to visit family.

He loved and lived a full and happy life always one to joke and have a good
time with his friends and family.

He is survived by his wife, Janice M. Eyre; son, Gary C. “Gig” Allen;
daughter, Glenda Allen (Troy) Perry; sisters, Gloria (David) Brown and
Malinda Taylor; brothers, Bobby (Sue) Allen, John Harry Allen and Tommy
(Carol) Allen; grandchildren, Teagan Eyre and Joshua Neel Perry; several
nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday in the parlors of Central
Funeral Home, Manchester, Tennessee. Burial will be in Summitville

7/29/19 — Dorothy Imogene Wiggs

Dorothy Imogene Wiggs passed this life on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the Life
Care Center of Tullahoma at the age of 92. Funeral Services are scheduled
for Monday, July 29, 2019 at 11 AM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends
from 6 – 8 PM on Sunday, July 28, 2019.

A native of Lawrenceburg, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and
Hattie Bell Yost Smith. She was the oldest living charter member of Grace
Baptist Church in Tullahoma. She enjoyed cooking, canning and reading. She
was a great story teller and enjoyed riddles. Her late husband, Millard
Wiggs and she were married 65 years prior to his death. She was a very
loving wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by
daughter, Teresa Havelin; brother, A C Smith; sister, Judy Brown and great
grandchild, Alex Doss. She is survived by son, Glenn Wiggs and his wife,
Diana of Lewisburg; daughters, Kay Reed and Dianne George, both of
Tullahoma, Debbie Schmidt and her husband, Jimmy of Mobile and Hattie
Marlene Powers and her husband, David of Tullahoma; brother, Wayne Smith
and his wife, Jewell of Tullahoma; sisters, Wilizene Kilgore of Winchester
and Nina Holden of Tullahoma; eighteen grandchildren; thirty four great
grandchildren; fourteen great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews
and cousins.

Myrten E Trail Jr. of Manchester, passed this life on Friday, July 26, 2019
at Unity Medical Center at the age of 70. Funeral Services are scheduled
for Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends
beginning at 12 PM.

A native of Manchester, he was the son of the late Myrten and Vera Collins
Trail. He was a member of Main Street Church of Christ in Manchester and
enjoyed fishing, hunting, whittling gardening and playing his guitar. He
also loved being with family, especially his great granddaughter. He also
enjoyed going out eat and his favorite meals consisted on a cheeseburger,
French fries and a strawberry milkshake.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Doris
Carter and grandchild, Chasity Hunt. He is survived by wife, Nectaria
Trail of Manchester; sons, Daniel Trail and his wife, Teresa of Lynchburg,
Adam, Kevin and Nicolas Cooper, all of Little Falls, NJ; daughter, Teresa
Elsea and her husband, Michael of Tullahoma; brothers, Howard Trail and his
wife, Debbie and James Trail, both of Manchester; sister, Betty Curless of
Woodbury; grandchildren, Slayton and his wife, Jama, Alaina Hunt and her
fiance’, Matt Parkes, and Ethan and Andrea Trail and great granddaughter,
Evelyn Parkes.

Kenneth Woodrow Hawks

Mr. Kenneth Woodrow Hawks, age 67, of Morrison, TN, passed from this life surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at St. Thomas – West in Nashville, TN. Kenneth was born in Detroit, MI to the late Woodrow and Hazel Hawks. He was a farmer, and loved scuba diving, flying airplanes, and traveling. He was an avid cook and a devoted family man. Kenneth never met a stranger and loved to talk with everyone he encountered. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth is also preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce VanMeter and Polly VanMeter; two dogs, PeeWee and Buckwheat. He is survived by his significant other, Deb Clark; one daughter, Kenna Long (Jimmy); one sister, Betty Harden (Dale); three grandchildren, Zara, Ian, and Kaiser “Kai”; two dogs, Shotgun and Goldie.

7/28/19 — Rudy D Peary

Rudy D Peary of Tullahoma passed this life on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at
his residence at the age of 52.  Funeral Services are scheduled for Sunday,
July 28, 2019 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial to
follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.  The family will receive
friends on Sunday beginning at 12 PM.

A native of Gardena, California, he was the son of the late Martha Dyer
Peary and Rudy Perez of Vicksburg, MS.  He was a U S Army/National Guard
Veteran and served during Desert Storm.  He loved music, playing guitar,
writing songs and singing.  He also enjoyed telling stories. He enjoyed
watching sports: the San Francisco 49ers football games, the Los Angeles
Angels baseball games and the University of Southern California football
games.

In addition to his father, Rudy Perez and his wife, Karen of Vicksburg, MS,
he is survived by wife, Angie Peary of Tullahoma; sons, Chris Richardson
and Andrew Haggard, both of Tullahoma; daughters, Deana Peary of Tullahoma,
Jessica Peary of Unionville, Andrea Phillips of Fayetteville, Keira
Phillips Pfefferkorn and her husband, Karl of Tullahoma and Samantha Gattis
of Manchester; brothers, Mark Peary of Unionville and Eric Peary and his
wife, Maria of Chapel Hill; sister, Monica Peary Whitsett of Lewisburg and
fifteen grandchildren.

2019 at Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro at the age of 72. Funeral Services

Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The
family will receive friends beginning at 11 AM on Saturday.

A native of Fayetteville, Wade was the son of the late Charles and Lois
Koonce Laten. His favorite hobby was fishing. He also enjoyed woodworking
and making furniture.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Rocky and
Dwight Laten. He is survived by sons, Bryan Laten of Chicago, Jesse Laten
and his wife, Lynn of Colby, KS and Lucas Laten of IL; daughters, Rachel
Laten of VA and Shelly Peckham and her husband, Dave of Sydney, NE;
sisters, Deborah Castro and her husband, Xavier of Estill Springs and Janis
