Mrs. Natalie June Parigger, 55, passed away
Saturday August 17, 2019 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville,
Tennessee. She was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on December 25, 1963.
She was preceded in death by her brother. Brent Saltzman.
She was a retired Physical Education Teacher.
She is survived by her husband, Christian G. Parigger; father, Carl
Saltzman, Owensboro, KY; mother, Brenda (Richard) Taylor, Frankfort, KY;
son, John Parigger; daughters, Melissa Taylor Peery, Grass Valley, CA and
Anna Parigger, Alder, MT; brother, Daniel Saltzman, Owensboro, KY;
step-brother, Rick (Tiphanie) Frankfort, KY; sisters, Jessie Short, Clovis,
CA and Abbie Smith, Bowling Green, KY; loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday September 1, 2019 in the
Central Funeral Home chapel officiated by her husband and children.

8/21/19 — Vella Ferrell
Funeral services for Ms. Vella Ferrell, age 59, of Rock Island, will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Ms. Ferrell passed from this life on Sunday, August 18, 2019, at Manchester Healthcare.
Vella was born in Dekalb Co, TN to Troy Ferrell and Anna Puckett. Vella loved to be outside in her flower garden, watch the birds, and just enjoy nature. She always put everyone else first. Vella was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother.
Vella is preceded in death by her father, Troy Ferrell; two sons, Johnny and Mark Wilder. She is survived by her mother, Anna Puckett; lifelong partner, Phillip Steele; two sons, Matthew (Valerie) and Luke (Marcy) Wilder; one daughter, Sarah Jordan (John); five brothers, Mitchell, Tommy, Jimmy, Jerry, and Billy; five sisters, Janie, Linda, Patricia, Tammy, and Sandra; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

8/22/19 — Shawn Allen Lemons
Shawn Allen Lemons of Manchester, passed this life on Friday, August 16,
2019 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro at the ae of
54. Memorial
Services are scheduled at 12 PM on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at the
Manchester Church of God of Prophecy, 1619 Fredonia Road, Manchester, TN. The
family will receive friends from 10-12 PM and a luncheon will be provided
in the Fellowship Hall following the service.
A native of Charleston, IL, he was the son of Eugene and Sandra Lemons of
Winter Haven, FL. He enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR racing. He was
an avid Tennessee Titan and Tennessee Vols Fan. He was a very kind and
loving person and enjoyed being with his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by one brother, Danny Lemons.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by life partner, Debbiann Moore
of Manchester; daughters, Samantha Lemons and her fiancé’, Lebron Bishop
and Elizabeth Silva and her husband, Matt, both of Manchester; son, Jack
Alexander and his wife, Merissa of Manchester; brother, Tracy Lemons and
his wife, Lisa of Hillsboro; ten grandchildren and many nieces, nephews,
great nieces and great nephews.

Joyce T. Bailey of Hillsboro passed this life on Saturday, August 17, 2019
at her residence at the age of 85. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11
AM on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at
Dave-Culbertson Funeral Home on Friday, August 23, from 5 – 8 PM.
Joyce, a native of Tuckerman, AR, was the daughter of the late Doc and
Bernice Payne Teague. She had lived in Tullahoma for many years and worked
in retail at both Sears and Roebuck and JCPenney. She enjoyed reading and
cooking. She was a very sweet lady who loved her family dearly. She would
do anything for her family or anyone who needed help.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Troy Bailey
Jr and daughter, Carla Stevenson. Mrs. Bailey is survived by her husband,
Troy Bailey Sr of Hillsboro; daughter, Karren Fly of Winchester; sister,
Jeanne Taylor and her husband, Junior of Jonesboro, AR; grandchildren,
Brent Morris and his wife, Paula of Winchester and Chris Apicella of
Hillsboro; great grandchildren, Gavin, Hayden, Emma and Briley;
sister-in-law, Dorothy Bass of Michigan and several nieces and nephews.

Adam Alcocer of Tullahoma, passed this life on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at
the age of 49. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 PM, Sunday, August 18,
2019 at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Concord
Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 17 from 5 -8
PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
Mr. Alcocer was born in Hammond, IN, the son of the late Opal Price Alcocer
and Nicholas V. Alcocer of Lake Station, IN. He enjoyed being with his
family, especially his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed being
outdoors and riding his motorcycle. He was a country music fan and enjoyed
performing Karaoke with his family.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by wife, Elizabeth
Alcocer and brother, Vick Alcocer. He is survived by his father, Nicholas
Alcocer and his wife, Rebecca of Lake Station, IN; sons, Gage and Bryson
Alcocer, both of Tullahoma and Kyler Boyd of McMinnville; daughter, Kenya
Alcocer of Detroit, MI; brothers, Mark Alcocer and his wife, Stacey of
Tullahoma, Nick Alcocer and his wife, Amanda of Normandy and Jesse
Rodriguez and his wife, Amanda of Chesterton, IN; twin sister, Eve Raines
and her husband, Junior of Normandy and sister, Jeanne Warren and her
husband, James of Tullahoma; grandchildren, Aiden and Aries Wanshon and
twin girls, Ahri and Aeryn Wanshon and several half-brothers, half-sisters,
nieces, nephews and cousins.

Wanda Louise McClellan
Wanda Louise McClellan of Manchester, passed this life on Thursday, August
15, 2019 at her residence at the age of 57. No services are scheduled.
Mrs. McClellan, a native of West Palm Beach, FL, was the daughter of Jerry
Trexler of Ellijay, GA and the late Glenda Trexler. She enjoyed doing arts
and crafts, shopping and watching TV. Her favorite shows were Soap Operas.
She was very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with all her family.
In addition to mother, she was preceded in death by brother, Bobby Trexler.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Adrian McClellan
of West Palm Beach, FL; son, Angelo Vaga of Manchester; daughters, Alicia
Vega, Charlene Marlowe and Katie Marlow, all of Manchester; Sister, Terri
Shelton and her husband, Johnny of Manchester; four grandchildren and two
great grandchildren.

8/16/19 — Jack Lynn
Jack Lynn, 68, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at his home in
Tullahoma. Graveside Services are scheduled for 4 PM, Friday, August 16,
2019 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1
PM – 3:30 PM on Friday, August 16 at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
Jack was born in Livingston, TN, to the late Cecil and Winifred Lynn. He
graduated from Tullahoma High School in 1971 where he was a member of the
Tullahoma Track and Field team and held the record of the long jump for
many years. Jack attended Motlow Sate College and later attended the
Tennessee College of Applied Technology – Shelbyville to become a
Boilermaker. Jack worked as a Boilermaker for over 30 years and was a
member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Union, Local Lodge
454. He retired from Arnold Air Force Base in 2011. He was also a member
of the Estill Springs Masonic Lodge #561 F & AM. In addition, Jack enjoyed
fishing, playing golf and hanging out with his friends at London’s
Restaurant and Bar.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Michael Lynn
and brother, Richard Lynn.
Mr. Lynn is survived by his wife, Marla Lynn of Tullahoma; son, Dustin Lynn
of Nashville; sister-in-law, Dorothy Lynn of Arizona; nephew, Jeff Lynn and
his wife, Anna of California and niece, Christine Rogers and her husband,
Mark of Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in
his honor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place,
Memphis, TN 38105.

8/17/19 — Robert “Bob” Johnston
Mr. Robert “Bob” Johnston, ,71 passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 at St. Thomas West Hospital. He was born in Jamestown, NY on September 25, 1947 to Sidney Charles Johnston who preceded him death along with brother, Harold Eugene “Bud” Johnston.
He was a US Airforce flight engineer veteran.
“Bob” worked as a terminal manger, as a dispatcher, service manager for Koch Industries from 1980-1986. From 1986 to 1989 He owned and operated Haggard Dozier Service, from 1989 to 1998 he was employed by M-Tec as am maintenance tech, repairing the line machines, air compressors and fire sprinkler system, from 1998-2000 he was employed by Duck River Equipment as a service manager, overseeing 7 mechanics, from 2000-2003 he was employed by Bartlette Excavation as a backhoe operator, from 2003-2017 he was employed by the Coffee County Sheriffs Department as a court officer. He was also a first responder-emergency medical volunteer for the fire service management and the Fire Chief of Summitville Volunteer Fire Department.
Bob was also known as “Crop dust Jack”, he drove sprint cars, go carts and he loved working on old cars. He was deeply involved with the
“Cruise-in car” show held on the square in Manchester.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Arnold Johnston, mother, Dorothy Martindale Johnston (Florida), son, Robert Darren Johnston, TN, daughters: Helena Nicole Johnston, Adayna Leigh Pennington, Torrie Lee Pennington all of TN. Sister, Carolyn (Roger) Jean Widrig, Joyce Ann James, Joane Lee Suarez, 4 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday August 17 from 11-1:00pm in the parlors of Central Funeral Home, Manchester, TN., with a celebration of life to follow.

8/15/19 — Wilsie Mae Shahan
Wilsie Mae Shahan of Tullahoma passed this life on Monday, August 12, 2019 at the Life Care Center of Tullahoma at the age of 90. Mrs. Shahan was born in Lynchburg to the late Jabel M. and Jessie Mullins Dean, Sr. She was a lifelong member of the Baptist church. in addition to her parents, Mrs. Shahan is preceded in death by her husband, James C. Shahan; step-father, Joe Bennett; and one sister, Mary Alice Trubey. She is survived by one brother, Jabel Dean, Jr.; two sisters, Mattie Sorrell, and Frances Ferrell and her husband Bratten; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Shahan will be held on Thursday, August 15 from 12:00-1:00pm. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00pm in the Kilgore Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jimmy Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Hurricane Cemetery in Moore County with her nephews serving as pallbearers.

Harold “Hal” Royce Evans, Jr.
Harold “Hal” Royce Evans Jr. of Manchester, passed this life on Saturday,
August 10, 2019 at Tennova Harton Hospital at the age of 48. Memorial
Services will be scheduled at a later time.
A native of Manchester he was the son of Harold Royce Evans of Zirconia, NC
and the late, Kathryn Saine Evans. He was an auto diesel mechanic and
enjoyed working on vehicles. As a child he always enjoyed taking things
apart and putting them back together. He loved being outdoors and spending
time with his children.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by brother, Chris Evans.
He is survived by his wife, Brandy Evans of Manchester; father, Harold
Royce Evans and his wife, Hyacinth of Zirconia, NC; grandmother, Dolores
Evans Pusl of Tullahoma ; mother and father-in-law, Teresa and Tommy Fults
of Manchester; sons, Brian and Collin; daughters, Corrie, Alyssa, Kassy,
Madison, Sara and Bentleigh and good friends, Shane Saine and Carl Smith,
both of Manchester.
