Mr. Stanford L. Owens, age 80 of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Horizon Health & Rehab in Manchester.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 2 PM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro Trottwood Mance officiating.
Burial will follow at Millner Cemetery in New Market, AL.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, August 20 from 5 – 8 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
Mr. Owens a native of Lincoln County, TN was the son of the late Roy and Oma Mooney Owens. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Owens; one brother, A C Owens and two sisters, Geraldine Walker and Barbara Mason.
Mr. Owens is survived by two sons, Ricky Owens and his wife, Martha of Elora, TN and Stanley Owens of Alabama; two daughters, Shenita Toczek and her husband, Gary of Florida and Daisy JoAnn Robinson and her husband, Bill of Florida; two brothers, Edward Owens and his wife, Margaret of New Market, AL and Charles Owens and his wife, Carrie of Tullahoma; two sisters, Betty Bates and Mary Jane Pruitt, both of Tullahoma; ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
