Reefer E. Meadows, age 51 of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away on August 10, 2014 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center after a brief illness.
He is survived by his mother, Melba Sartain Meadows Smithey of Manchester, TN; brother, Richard Meadows of Manchester, TN; sister, Brenda Kay Meadows of Manchester, TN; and a host of other relatives and friends.
