Ollie Mae Casteel, age 92 of Hillsboro, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2012.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Hillsboro.
She was born May 8, 1920 in Coffee County, TN to her parents, the late Emmett Clay Brown and Claytie Muanita Baker Brown. She was also preceded in death by her husband, General L. Casteel and granddaughter, Deborah Jo Simmons.
She is survived by her son, Douglas H. Casteel and his wife Dianna of Tracy City, TN; four sisters, Burtia C. Crosslin of Tullahoma, TN, Elwanda Swinford of Winchester, TN, Wilda J. Bean of Manchester, TN and Juanita Watson of Estill Springs, TN; grandchildren, Kim Walker, Denise Faris, Dee Patterson and Robby Wiggins; great-grandchildren, Teri Stephenson, Richey Simmons, L.D. Heavern, Holden Patterson, Ali Wiggins, Whitney Wiggins, Dusty Wiggins, Leah Stephenson and Deven Heavern; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation, Tuesday, July 31, 2012 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN.
The Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Central Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Hillsboro, TN.
