Mr. Stanley Seagroves age 81 of Coalmont, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on July 22, 2012 at Alive Hospice, in Nashville.
He loved being outdoors farming, stacking wood or just piddling. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Coalmont.
Mr. Seagroves was preceded in death by his loving wife Mrs. Jewell Seagroves; his parents Lawerence and Effie Mae Seagroves; son John Kennedy (Doc) Seagroves; granddaughter Erika Seagroves; sisters Edna Seagroves, Ruby Seagroves, and Evey (Chili) Seagroves.
Survivors include his children Pam Campbell, and Dean (Cindy) Seagroves; sister Patsy Kilgore; brothers Curtis, Gabe, and Alvin Seagroves; grandchildren Michael Seagroves, Angel Turner, Sandy Dickerson, Amy Davidson, Alicia Smartt, Haley Campbell, and Candace Seagroves; great-grandchildren Emma Seagroves, Justice Turner, Allyson Dickerson, Trey Turner, Alex Dickerson, Ella Seagroves, Eli Seagroves, and Jasmine Green; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral Services will be 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Antioch Baptist Church in Coalmont. The Reverend Rick Hawkins and Reverend Jimmy King will officiate.
Burial will be in Coalmont Memorial Cemetery.
The family will start receiving friends at 4:00 P.M. on Monday at the church.
