Funeral services for Mrs. Beth Bush, wife of Clyde Ralph Bush, will be conducted at 10am, Tuesday, June 26 at the Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with John Bush and Jim Terry officiating.
Burial will follow in the Gilley Hill Cemetery.
Visitation with the Bush family will be from 4pm until 9pm, Monday, June 25 at Manchester Funeral Home.
Mrs. Bush died suddenly at home on June 23, 2012, at age 70.
Mrs. Bush was born in the Buncombe community of Franklin County, the daughter of Samuel Lazarus McInturff and Mary Ruth Fisher McInturff. Her family was displaced by TVA’s Wood’s Reservoir project and later moved to Coffee County, where she met and married Clyde Ralph Bush, Sr.
She was a Christian and worshipped with the Lumley Stand Church of Christ. Before retiring Mrs. Bush worked with her husband as owners of Woodbury Cleaners. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking and canning.
Mrs. Bush was preceded in death by her father and her brothers Eugene, Johnny, and Larry McInturff.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother; one brother, Stanley McInturff of Mud Creek; six children, 20 grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter:
Carolyn Bush Stanley and her husband, Milton, of Mud Creek, along with their sons Luke and Levi, their son Milton Jr. and his wife, Shelly, of Murfreesboro, and Milton Jr. and Shelly’s daughter, Evangeline; Janet Bush Forde, her husband, Robert, of Tullahoma, and their children, Robert Jr., Mary Elizabeth and Katherine Forde; Jo Anne Bush Malone, her husband, Kenneth, of Murfreesboro, and their children, Sarah, Hannah, Rachel, Nathan, and Elizabeth Malone;
Ralph Bush Jr., his wife, Tanya, of Coffee County, and their children, Alexis, Logan, and Madelynn Bush;
John Bush, his wife, Sunshine, of Coffee County, and their daughters, Savana and Serena;
Melissa Bush Neel, her husband, Gregg, of Hillsboro, and their sons, Samuel, Jacob, Caleb, and Isaac.
Mrs. Bush is also survived by numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and two aunts, Inez Fisher Partin of Franklin County, and Clemmie McInturff Carden of Ten Mile.
