Jonetia “Jo” Edwards, age 70 of Winchester, passed away Saturday May 26, 2012 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
A native of Sylvia, North Carolina, she had made her home in Franklin County most of her life. She was a member of the Church of Christ at Winchester.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Vivian Baldwin Edwards and her father, Edgar Edwards.
She is survived by her daughter, Becky M. Sisk of Winchester; sons, Billy Hall of Huntland and Eddie Hall of Winchester. Sisters, Dorothy Roberts of Winchester and Dollie Howse of Tullahoma; brothers, William Douglas Edwards of Pelham and Jimmy (Vickie) Edwards of Winchester; grandchildren, Tabitha Hall, Jessica Sanchez and Amanda Sisk; great-grandchildren , Dalton Jeremiah Hall, Miguel Angel Sanchez, Ina Liliano Sanchez, Yasmin Sanchez, Adrianna Sisk and Alex Sisk.
The funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of Watson-North Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Tuesday May 29, 2012.
Burial will follow at Maxwell Cemetery in Belvidere with nephews serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be Tuesday morning from 11 a.m. until time of service.
