Leah Elizabeth Lashane Phillips, age 4 months of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed away, Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Tennova Harton Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, May 16, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Gault Cemetery in Moore County. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, May 15th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Daves-Culbertson.
Leah was the infant daughter of Rodney Phillips and Rachel Annmarie Tollett.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by her maternal grandmother, Jeane Cornelius, paternal grandfather, David Phillips of Winchester, maternal great grandmother, Anna Littrell, paternal great grandmother, Pat Ulmer, two brothers; Gavin Coy Keaton Phillips of Tullahoma and Brandon Joseph Jones of Kentucky, three sisters; Felicity Dawn Phillips, Alexis Isaly Phillips and Julie Grace Tollett of Tullahoma.
Leah was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Patty Larrison Pioth.
