Patricia R. Tucker (Cook) age 43 of Manchester, TN passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012, in Medical Center of Manchester.
She was a former resident of Kincaid, IL and was preceded in death by a brother, James W. Cook, III.
Survivors include her spouse, Danny Turner, Manchester; children, Alicia Henley and Brandon Boyd of Manchester, Stephanie Cargile, Morrison; Granddaughter, Kiana F. Henley; father and step-mother, James W. Cook, Jr., Rochester, IL and Judy Cook, Tuscon,AZ; mother and step-father, Mary A. and Harold W. Hartley, Taylorville, IL; sister, Rebecca Mollet, Taylorville, IL; step-brothers Andy and Corey Shanks, Tuscon,AZ
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Clayton Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Morrison Cemetery.
The family will receive frinds Tuesday 5-9 P.M. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help pay funeral expenses.
