Graveside Services for Mr. Grady West, Jr., age 83, of Manchester, Tennessee, will be conducted at 3:30 PM on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:30 before the service. Mr. West passed on March 8, 2017.
Grady West, Jr. was born in Wartrace, Tennessee, the son of the late Grady West, Sr. and Gracie Mae Duke. He served his country in the United States Army. Mr. West was an active member of Goose Pond Methodist Church. Grady worked as an assembly line worker for United Tech. for many years. He was an amazing musician, who could play any stringed instrument. He also spent a lot of his time riding his motorcycle. Grady will always be remembered for his love and devotion to his family.
In addition to his parents, Grady was preceded in death by his brothers, Alvin and Marlin West. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Mintie Arnold West; son, Randy West; brother, Roger (Peggie) West; three grandchildren, Addison, Cannon, and Emily West.
