Graveside services for Mr. Farris Wendell Shelton, age 75 of Manchester
will be conducted at 12 Noon, Monday, February 8, 2016 at the Bethany
Cemetery in Normandy. Mr. Shelton passed this life Sunday, February 7,
2016 at the Horizon Health & Rehab center in Manchester.
Mr. Shelton was born in Manchester, Tennessee the son of the late
Sterling and Argie Hall Shelton. He was for many years the Golf Pro at
Old Stone Fort Golf Course and formerly attended the Riley Creek Baptist
Church. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his
wife, Mrs. Martha Ann Holder Shelton, and by a brother, Mr. Wayne
Shelton. His survivors are:

Wendy Carr of Manchester
Brother- Dudley Shelton and his wife Delores of Manchester
Two Sisters- Joyce Fottrell of Nashville
Kay Rogers of Manchester
Sister In Law- Margaret Shelton of Normandy
Grandchildren- Julie Jackson, Erik LeFort, Sarah Franks, Gabrielle
LeFort, Christina Cotner, Andrew Barnhill, Rylee Carr and Camille Carr
Great Grandchildren- Carter Jackson, Gracie Jackson, Laney Franks, Camden
Bonee, Abram Franks and Landon Cotner
