Sally “Faye” Ellen Taylor, age 68 of Manchester, Tennessee passed away, Thursday, January 28, 2016 at her residence. Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, February 2 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial to follow at Lois Cemetery in Moore County. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 11 AM – 2 PM.
A native of Athens, AL, she was the daughter of the late Clark and Lucy Peoples Hopkins. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, drawing and gardening.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Hughlon Hefner and Sam Perry; one brother, Hughlon Hopkins and one sister, Nancy Weeks.
She is survived by one son, Billy Pursley of Manchester; two daughters, Lisa Locurcio of Manchester and Kim Vincent and her husband, Jerry of Lakeville, Minnesota; four sisters, Laura Baldwin of Mulberry, Peggy May of Lynchburg, Mary Brand of Shelbyville and Caroline Brown and her husband, Jerry of AL; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
