Hervie Goodwin Jr., age 75 of Tullahoma passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at his residence.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Bynum officiating.
Burial will follow at Blanton’s Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be from 11 AM until the service time at 2 PM.
A native of Bedford, County, he was the son of the late James Hervie and Alice Wallace Goodwin.
He was a U S Army veteran. He retired from the Fulton County, Georgia Water Department.
Mr. Goodwin loved to attend yard sales and his favorite hobby was rabbit hunting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James C. and Edgar Womack Goodwin and two sisters, Louise Haynes and Mary Jane Brown.
Mr. Goodwin is survived by one son, Phillip Wayne Goodwin and his wife, Robin of Valdosta, GA; special friend, Ann Hanes of Tullahoma; one brother, Tommy Goodwin and his wife, Barbara of Tullahoma and four sisters, Linda Bruce and her husband, Eddie of Normandy, Judy Echols of Tullahoma, Geneva Weaver of Tullahoma and Vera Reynolds of Tullahoma.
Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
