Kaelan Ann Carden departed this life on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, November 14, 2014 at Maplewood Cemetery in Tullahoma.
Kaelan is survived by her mother Leslie Simmons of Tullahoma, her father, Chris Carden of Tullahoma; one brother, Kanon Simmons; maternal grandmother Billie Funk and her husband Brian Giles of Tullahoma; maternal grandfather, Wendell Simmons of Amarillo, Texas; paternal grandmother, Carolyn Hollar of Lewisburg; paternal grandfather Steve Carden and his wife, Marilyn Everett of Tullahoma and several aunts and uncles.
Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
