CRYSTAL ANN RAHN, age 54, of Estill Springs, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, October 26, 2014.
Crystal was born on May 8, 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio to Robert (Phyllis) Hartley of Clay, Ky and Jean Clover (Dean Christiansen) of Sun City, Az.
She and her husband, Jerry Rahn, Sr., own Rahn Industries in Estill Springs where she did all of the accounting duties. For the past six years she also volunteered at Volunteers in Medicine, in Winchester. Crystal was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Tullahoma, Tenn. Crystal was a blessing to all and will be profoundly missed.
Crystal was preceded in death by her grandparents George and Lucille Hostler, brother J.R. Clover, sister-in-law, Donna Rahn Jordan, nephew Jerrod Kane Bumpus.
Crystal is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Rahn, Sr. and her children; Jerry Rahn, Jr., Angeline (Buzzy) Mitchell all of Estill Springs and Justin (Erica) Rahn of Gilbert, Az. One of her greatest joys in life was her family and she will always be remembered in the hearts of everyone, especially her grandchildren; Madyson, Hannah, Alex, and Carlos Rahn, Bailey Grace and Xavier Rahn, Aidan and Arabella Mitchell and Tate Jordan. Crystal came from a huge blended family of 11 brothers and sisters that consists of her best friend and sister, Elaine (Tim) Wadford of Estill Springs, Claudia Hartley of Sturgis, Ky, June (Larry) Gale of Peoria, Az, Chuck (Cindy) Hartley of Dallas, Tx, Jody (Amber) Hartley of Clay, Ky, James (Tina) Hartley of Henderson, Ky, Ray (Kathy) Clover of Electric City, Wa, George Hartley of Savannah, Tenn., Marty Finstad and Renee Finstad of Az. There are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends too numerous to mention but were never far from her heart. Special Caregivers during her time of sickness, Sally (Butch) Partin and Vicki (Joe) Boyer.
Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, evening in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.
A Celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, Oct. 31, 2014, at the Faith Lutheran Church in Tullahoma with Rev. Martin Nutter, officiating.
Visitation at the Church will be from 1:00 until service time at 2:00 on Friday.
