Mrs. Joyce Ann Butler Jones passed away on Oct. 13, 2016 at Tennova-Harton Medical Center in Tullahoma, Tennessee at the age of 64.
Joyce was born on Sept. 4, 1952 in Rockwood, Tennessee to Jewell Oaks Butler and the late Doyle Butler. She is a member of the First Eagle Furnace Baptist Church in Rockwood, Tennessee. She loved her grandchildren, gardening, cross-stitching and going to the beach.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Robert Jones of Tullahoma, Tennessee. Surviving children are Nichole Thompson and her husband Tracy of Hillsboro, Tennessee and Andy Jones and his wife Heather of Flat Creek, Tennessee. Joyce’s sister, Kim Butler of Arkansas also survives.
The surviving grandchildren that she loved so deeply are Hollie and Jensie Thompson of Hillsboro, Tennessee and Jacob “Hoss,” Ruth Ann and Hadley Bell Jones of Flat Creek, Tennessee.
Surviving is a very best friend of 25 years, Leigh Colyar Trail of Tullahoma, Tennessee.
Also preceding her in death was her brother DeWayne Butler.
Friends of Joyce and her family are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering-Service honoring her life from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday, October 22, 2016 at her residence located at 2104 E. Lincoln St., Tullahoma, Tennessee.
