Funeral services for William Robert “Billy” McCormick, age 43, of Manchester will be conducted Sunday, October 14, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Brother Roy Sekulich officiating.
Burial will follow at Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 11:00 AM until time of services.
Mr. McCormick passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
He was born July 30, 1969 in Coffee County, TN the son of Mrs. Geraldine Cagle McCormick Vincent and the late William Lloyd McCormick.
He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed coaching his two children in little league, softball, and traveling teams.
In addition to his father, Billy is preceded in death by his wife, Dawn Marie Martinsen and a brother, William Lloyd “Button” McCormick.
In addition to his mother, Geraldine Vincent of Manchester; survivors include two loving children, Tiffany Nicole McCormick of Pensacola, FL; and Dylan Herbert Curtis McCormick of Manchester; three sisters, Julie L. Trammell, Tammy C. Stratton and Gina L. Swoape and husband, Ralph all of Manchester; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Kisa and Ron Camfield of Manchester; two sisters-in-law, Jessica Camfield of Manchester and Amber Camfield of Tullahoma; six nieces, Misty D. McCormick; Jennifer L. Trammell; Christy L. Trammell, Shirley F. Trammell; Amber R. Stratton; Jessica D. Swoape; a nephew, Joshua E. Swoape and numerous other family members, cousins and loving friends.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to First National Bank, 1814 Hillsboro Blvd., Manchester, TN to assist with funeral expenses and funds for Billy’s children, Tiffany and Dylan.
