Two Shelbyville Men Charged with Theft

Last Thursday, (April 7th, 2016) Investigators from the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office were able to charge Ernest Feinstein, 27, of Shelbyville and Charles Beauchamp-Freeman, 21, of Shelbyville with 5 counts of Burglary, 4 counts of theft under $500, and 1 count of theft over $500 each.
Investigators were able to recover some of the stolen property, which includes a handgun. The charges stem from the suspects breaking into several vehicles in the Kingston Corner Road area.
The Sheriff’s Office thanked the Shelbyville Police Department for assisting with the investigation.
