A Tullahoma woman is being held in the Coffee County Jail on a bond of $16,000 after she allegedly attempted to sell prescription drugs at a mobile home park on South Roosevelt Street. 57-year-old Shirley Jean Russell of Rutledge Falls Road in Tullahoma was charged with manufacture/deliver/sell controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. According to a report by Tullahoma Police Officer Matt Walker, Russell allegedly was in the parking lot of the park approaching individuals attempting to sell the pills. Officer Walker’s report alleges that he found several bottles containing muscle relaxers.
