Tullahoma Man Robbed and Hit By Vehicle

A Tullahoma man was flown to a Nashville hospital after being robbed and struck by a vehicle Saturday. Stephen Curry Keith, 34, of Oak Park Circle told Tullahoma Police Officer George Marsh that he was walking along East Lincoln Street near Polk Street when he was robbed of $50 in cash, assaulted and struck by a vehicle. Keith told the officer that he was walking along East Lincoln Street when a dark full size pickup truck pulled up beside him. The driver got out and began to “assault him” and took his wallet. The man struck Keith with the pickup after robbing him. According to the police report Keith was transported to Harton Regional Medical Center for treatment and suffered injuries to his chin and the jaw area of his face. He also had a large place on the right side of his face from what appeared to be a tire mark. Detective Tyler Hatfield is investigating the incident.
