Update on Teenager who Died in Jet Ski Accident–Correction

An accident involving a jet ski has claimed the life of a Jackson, TN teenager. The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency received the call on Tims Ford Lake a little after noon on Thursday.
TWRA officers responding to the call reported that, according to witnesses, 13 year old, Ryder Lewis was riding in a tube being towed by family members on a jet ski when the tube struck a dock. Family and friends who witnessed the accident rescued the boy from the water and emergency crews were called. The teenager suffered severe injuries and died at the scene.
The investigation of this accident is still ongoing.
