On Sunday, Crystal Lee Mann age 33 of Sunny Court in Manchester was charged with: Disorderly conduct, Resisting arrest, Aggravated assault, Retaliation for past action (Warrant is for terroristic threat and activities).
After Mann was released from the Coffee County Jail on a previous charge she exited the jail and allegedly began to shout obscenities toward and about officers at the jail, therefore she was taken back into custody.
According to the arrest warrant, when officers went to take her into custody, she refused to get out of a car.
The warrant goes onto say that once Mann was taken into booking, she was asked to take off her belt, which she did, but then she allegedly doubled it over and said she would take it off and choke the officer to death with it. Mann then according to the warrant, threatened to have rat poison put into the food of 6 deputies that were in the booking room. She also supposedly said she would get her revenge and mentioned ISIS.
Mann is set to appear in Coffee County Court later this month and her bond was set at $252,500.
