An altercation outside a McMinnville convenience store Saturday night ended in the shooting death of a Warren County man.
Police say 32 year old Justin Nunley of Old Harrison Ferry Road was shot to death during an altercation with 41 year old David Morton of McMinnville. It happened at around 8:30pm Saturday night in the parking lot outside a convenience store.
No charges have been filed. The incident is currently under investigation by McMinnville Police, the District Attorney’s office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
