Four People Arrested on Burglary and more

Four people have been booked into the Franklin County Jail and charged with multiple crimes including aggravated burglary. On Monday February 29th Franklin County Sheriff’s Office personnel responded to a report of a burglary on Damron Road. After making contact with the owner of the residence, deputies notified investigators who through investigation were able to make contact with four individuals who are believed to have committed the crime. and Lynn Julie Smith and Anthony Wagner both of (1829 Oak Grove Road, Decherd) were arrested and booked

on charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated criminal trespass, theft of property $10,000 to $60,000, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture/sell of schedule VI. All defendants are being held on $100,000 bond and have an original court date set for Thursday April 14th in Franklin County General Sessions Court. Participating in the investigation were Deputies Martin Tyler and Shane Brown along with Investigators George Dyer and Todd Hindman.
