Crash Sends Three To Hospital

Car flips injuring three... By Barry West

Around 1:30pm Monday afternoon, a woman from Illinois was traveling north on Fredonia Road in her late model Mitsubishi. She stated that she went off the side of the road where there is no shoulder and whipped it back onto the road, overcorrecting the car. She then went off the right side of the road into a bean field rolling over at least two times. Traveling with the female driver were her son, age 11, and his friend, age 9. The three were transported to an area hospital to be checked out. None of the three seem to have serious injuries. Coffee County Sheriff’s Deputies were in charge of the scene.
