The City of Manchester Board of Mayor and Alderman will hold a Work Study Session on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at 10:30 am regarding the function of South Central Development District in relation to the City of Manchester. The public is invited to attend the work study session which will take place at City Hall in the Board Room.
