In a split vote Monday night, Manchester Board of Education narrowly passed a motion essentially breaking the lease for the new administration building under the guidance of a high-profile education attorney. An accident occurred on Monday morning around 7am in Manchester. The two vehicle crash took place on Hwy 53 (Woodbury Hwy) at the Exit 110 overpass.
