Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at the Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center.
Graveside services with military rites will be held at 3 PM on Sunday,
February 28, 2016 at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma, TN.
Galen Shelton will officiate.
He is survived by two sons, Galen Shelton and wife Beth and Keith Shelton
and wife Jill all of Metropolis, IL;
One daughter, Amy Hall and husband Reid of Harrisonville, MO;
One brother, James Shelton of Manchester, TN;
Ten grandchildren,
Emily Forthman, Cody Shelton, Sophia LaMontagne, Stella Shelton, Taylor Ann
Hall, Megan Hall,
Claire Hall, Adam Hall, Hannah Hall, and Joshua Hall;
One great granddaughter, Jordan Forthman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Waitstal Watson and Annie Orren
Shelton;

2/28/16 — Donald Lee Dickerson

flower 4Funeral services for Mr. Donald Lee Dickerson, age 68, of Manchester, TN,
will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Manchester
Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jewel Frame officiating. Burial will
follow in Ragsdale Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from
11:00 AM until 9:00 PM on Saturday evening at the funeral home. Mr.
Dickerson passed away Thursday morning at his residence, surrounded by
his loving family.

Donald was born in Coffee County, TN, the son of the late John Thomas and
Pauline Sain Dickerson. He was a self-employed man, who loved antiquing
and “wheeling and dealing.”

In addition to his parents, Donald was also preceded in death by two
sisters, Shirley Dickerson and Joann Frazier; and two brothers, Bobby
Dickerson and Johnny Dickerson. He is survived by his loving wife of 50
years, Dorothy “Dot” Dickerson of Manchester; one son, Tommy Lee
Dickerson of Nashville; one daughter, Rhonda Renee Dickerson of
Manchester; three brothers, Jimmy, Larry, and Wayne Dickerson; five
grandchildren, Jeremy and Jeffery Bryant, Damien Hodge, Brandon
Dickerson, and Alicia Fielding; several great grandchildren; and numerous
nieces and nephews.

flower 11Timothy Dewayne Lewis, age 49 of Morrison, Tennessee passed away, Tuesday,
February 23, 2016 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. Memorial Services
are scheduled for Sunday, March 6 at 2 PM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral
Home Chapel with visitation from 12 PM until service time.

Mr. Lewis, a native of Coffee County, was the son of the late Malcolm and
Juanita Thomas Lewis. He was a construction worker and enjoyed fishing,
camping, working out and spending time with his daughter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Robin
Edge Lewis.

He is survived by two daughters, Kailynn and Alicia Lewis; two brothers,
Kelly Lewis and his girlfriend Kim Myers of Morrison and Eddie Lewis and
his girlfriend, Shawn Ridner of Manchester and one sister, Tina May and her
husband, Ronnie of Morrison.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name

February 24 at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville. Graveside Services
are scheduled for Friday, February 26 at 1 PM at Rose Hill Memorial
Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Friday, February 26 from 11:30
AM till 12:30 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.

A native of Winchester Springs, she was the daughter of the late Homer and
Grace Bryant. She enjoyed cooking and flower gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers,
Homer Bryant Jr, Lloyd Bryant and Paul Bryant.

She is survived by her husband, William J. Hill of Manchester; one son,
Kenny Ward of Nashville; four brothers, Gene Bryant of North Carolina,
George Bryant and Gordon Bryant, both of Florida and James Bryant of
Tullahoma and two grandchildren, Skyler and Grace Ward.

Lisa Roshea Alvarez, age 37 of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed away, Sunday,
February 21, 2016 at Centennial Hospital in Nashville. Visitation with the
family is scheduled for Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 12 PM until 2 PM
with funeral services immediately following at Daves-Culbertson Funeral
Home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

A native of Manchester, she was a member of the Blessed Hope Pentecostal
Church of Tullahoma. She enjoyed dancing, cooking and organizing
children’s
activities in her neighborhood. She also loved attending church. Lisa had
a big heart and never met a stranger. She had a great sense of humor and
always kept her family laughing.

In addition to her mother, Deborah Johnson Wilkerson, Lisa was preceded in
death by her step-father, Billy Wilkerson.

She is survived by her husband, Juan F. Alvarez of McMinnville; son, Jonah
G. Alvarez of Tullahoma; daughter, Elena R. Alvarez of Tullahoma; two
brothers, Nicholas Johnson and his wife, Tiffany of Manchester and Dallas
Johnson and his wife, Christina of Shelbyville; two sisters, Moneka
Johnson-Bell and her husband, David of Tullahoma and Evestha Meza and her
husband, Antonio of Murfreesboro; special aunt, Gloria Garrard and her
husband, Samuel Garrard Sr of Tullahoma; best friends, Debra McPheron and
her husband, Arturo of Tullahoma and Shalanda Brewer of Tullahoma and many
aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

2/26/16 — Doreen Elizabeth Anzalone Giglio

giglioOn February 20, 2016, Doreen passed in her home in Morrison, TN, after a
6-month battle with cancer. She was 50 years old. She leaves behind her
husband, Mike Giglio and son, Michael Vincent, age 12.

Doreen was born in Bronx, NY in 1965, to Rose Marie and Vincent Anzalone.
They moved to Margate, FL while Doreen was still pre-school age. She
spent most of her early years in Margate, graduating from Coconut Creek
High School. She attended Broward Community College, in Fort Lauderdale.
As a young adult, she was a very hard worker and maintained 2 jobs on
many occasions. Most notable, she was Vice-President of Accounting at
Postal Professional Credit Union in Fort Lauderdale and also worked many
hours in management and supervision of Don Carters Bowling Center in
Tamarac, FL, where she met her husband, Mike Giglio.

Doreen and Mike were married in 1997. In 2000, they relocated to
Morrison, TN. In 2003, they were blessed by the birth of their son,
Michael Vincent.

In 2001, Doreen was hired by Frontier Communications and was a dedicated
employee who took on many roles with the company, from running a retail
store in McMinnville, to climbing telephone poles to repair customer’s
phone/internet service. In 2014, she was promoted to Business Systems
Installations.

Doreen was diagnosed with Cancer on September 18, 2015. Throughout her
brutal fight of this dreaded disease, she remained a brave, iron-willed
woman, even through the extreme pain caused by her metastatic disease.

Doreen is survived by her husband and son, as well as her sister,
Christine Colton, her husband Adam and their children, Crystal and
Andrew; brother, Salvatore Anzalone and his wife, Kylie; mother, Rose
Marie Anzalone; aunts, uncles, cousins and other beloved extended family
members. She is preceded in death by her father, Vincent Anzalone.

Doreen requested to be cremated. A celebration of her life will be held
at Covenant Fellowship Church in Morrison, TN on Friday, February 26,
2016 at 11:00 AM. She also requested that in lieu of flowers, should
friends and family desire, contributions be made to a college fund for
Michael Vincent. It was extremely important to her that Michael receive
a quality college education and felt this was appropriate due to her
untimely, premature passing. Donations can be sent in the name of

2016.

She is survived by her father, Gunay Clay, mother,
Tammy Stratton, one daughter, Hannah K. Macarthur, one son Hayden William
McCormick, one sister, Amber R. Stratton of Manchester, Tennessee,
Grandmother,
Geraldine Vincent of Manchester, Tennessee,
and aunt, Gina Swoape and husband Ralph Jr. Swoape of Manchester,
Tennessee.

Misty served in the Air Force for four years. She was an air traffic
controller. Misty served in the Iraqi Freedom War. She enjoyed
knitting, working in her flower
and herb gardens, and going to the zoo with her children. She will be
dearly missed by all who knew her
and loved her.

Mrs. Bickel attended the Ivy Bluff United Methodist
Church for forty-two years. She was a
registered nurse and lifelong caregiver for over forty-two years. She
worked for the State of Tennessee
Department of Public Health. Mrs. Bickel
earned many service awards for commitment and outstanding service
including the
distinguished Alex B. Shipley Award in 1997.
She was recognized by the governor of Tennessee, Mr. Ned Ray McWherter
for her contribution to the Department of Public Health. Later in life
she found a passion for oil and
canvas painting. She enjoyed living on
the family farm and the daily operations of which she was very involved
in. At a young age she devoted herself
to working hard and obtaining a degree to care for others which she
carried out
her entire life. She will be dearly
missed by all who knew her and loved her.
