PHILIP DWAYNE BONHAM
(October 12, 1953 – March 5, 2016)
Philip Dwayne Bonham, age 62 of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away on March
5, 2016 at the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. He was a retired
teacher and a track & field, football & basketball coach throughout his
career. He also enjoyed playing golf and poker. He was preceded in death by
his father, the late Cecil Lloyd Bonham. Mr. Bonham is survived by his
mother, Reatha Mae Collins Bonham of Allardt, Tenn.; daughters, Tai Jones
(Jarrod) of Manchester, Tenn., Brooke Bonham of Murfreesboro, Tenn. And
Faith Bonham Ramos (Eric) of Estill Springs, Tenn.; one sister, Gail Wheaton
(Edward) of Cookville, Tenn. Three grandchildren, Leevi Cecil Jones of
Manchester, Tenn., Hunter Mason Ramos of Estill Springs, Tenn. And Savannah
Paizlee Jones of Manchester, Tenn.; his dogs, Bud and Trak; and a host of
close friends and fellow coaches.

James Franklin Hill, age 7 of Hillsboro, Tennessee, passed away on December
31, 2015 resulting from an automobile accident in Winchester, Tennessee. He
is survived by his parents, Aaron W. Hill and Lynetta Bunde Hill of
Hillsboro, Tennessee; grandfather, Marvin Bunde of Hillsboro, Tennessee;
uncle and aunt, Matt and Lisa Bunde of Hillsboro, Tennessee; and a host of
other relatives and friends.
VISITATION
Saturday March 19, 2016 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Deerfield Elementary
School located on the Woodbury Highway, Highway 53.

flower 21Marlene Gifford McBee, age 70, passed away on March 3, 2016 at her home in
Hillsboro, Tennessee, surrounded by her loving family. She was a retired
Pharmacy Manager and a homemaker. Born in Chicago Illinois, she was preceded
in death by her parents, the late Frank Morlan and Adeline Irlbacker Morlan;
and children, Billy Gifford and Cynthia Gifford. She lived in Tennessee for
29 years and raised her children. She is survived by her husband of 13 years
Michael J. McBee of Hillsboro, Tenn.; four children, Cherrie Fletcher of
Morrison, Tenn., Brenda Gifford Thomas of Hillsboro, Tenn., Debbie Sue
Coughlin of Wisconsin and Kelly Lynch of Manchester, Tenn.; 29 grandchildren
and a host of other relatives and friends.

pateBaby Daniel Pate of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed away, Wednesday, March 2,
2016 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville. Funeral Services are
scheduled for Sunday, March 6, at 3 PM at New Creation Church, 1115 Bel
Aire Dr, Tullahoma, TN with Pastor Don Burkhalter and Pastor Tim Totty
officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation
with the family will be from 2 -3 PM at the church.
Daniel was the infant son of Andrew and Ashley Campbell Pate. He was born
on February 10, 2016 in Nashville, TN.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandparents, Rebecca
Robinson of Readyville, Stephen Pate of Tullahoma and Joe and Michelle
Campbell of Estill Springs; great grandparents, James and Brenda Campbell
of Shelbyville and Linda Schumacher of Fayetteville; brother, Nicco Pate;
sister, Shiloh Pate and aunt, Autumn Pate of Tullahoma.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations be made to the New
Creation Church.

schusterDawn J. Schuster, age 51 of Manchester, Tennessee passed away, Wednesday,
March 2, 2016 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro. Funeral
Services are scheduled for Saturday, March 5 at 11 AM at Daves-Culbertson
Funeral Home with burial to follow at Gnat Hill Cemetery. Visitation with
the family will be Saturday from 10 AM until the service time.

A native of Ypsilanti, MI, she was the daughter of the late Russell and
Marilyn Behrandt Ferrell. She enjoyed being outside and watching sunsets,
horseback riding and going to the beach. She was a collector of Indian
related items such as dreamcatchers. Her favorite pastime was spending
time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Schuster of Hillsboro; one son,
Chris Schuster and his wife, Susan of Shelbyville; two daughters, Mindy
Lackey and her husband, James of Manchester and Megan Close of Pelham;
sister, Traci Argo of Manchester; step father, James Ferrell of Manchester;
close friend, Michael Parham of Manchester; nephew, Jamie Jones of Woodbury
and four grandchildren and one on the way, Jacob, James and Jaxon Schuster
and Simon Lackey.

Newton Eldie “N.E.” Baker, age 92 of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away on
February 29, 2016 at the Horizon Health & Rehabilitation Center in
Manchester. Mr. Baker was a hard working farmer all of his life who raised
crops and livestock including mules and chickens. He also enjoyed chopping
wood. “N.E.” was preceded in death by his parents, the late James Baker and
Lucy Conley Baker and daughter, Barbara Craven. He is survived by his wife,
Mary Brady Baker of Manchester, Tennessee; children, Raymond “Robert” Baker
(Ruby) of Manchester, Tenn., Carolyn Gault (Ricky) of Tullahoma, Tenn. And
William “Danny” Baker of Manchester, Tenn.; and a host of other relatives
and friends.

elliotOn February 29th, 2016 Mrs. Lisa Green Elliott of McKee, Kentucky passed from this life. Lisa was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. She was a very loving mother and wife. She had a passion for gardening and making things beautiful. For seventeen years Lisa was a very caring nurse that took pride in taking care of others.
Mrs. Eliott is preceded in death by her parents Leonard Green and Helen VanPatten and Brother Stephen Green. She is survived by her Brother David Green (Theresa); Niece Amand Green; Nephew Jacob Green and One Great Nephew. Her Loving husband of 16 years Charles Elliott; Children Robbie Jones, Benjamin Elliott, Chase Elliott, Amber Kapinskis-Shiflett (Chris), Casey Eliott, and Kathleen Harper (Chris) and Seven Grandchildren.

On February 29th, 2016 Mrs. Kathryn Clark passed from this life. Kathryn was a very loving mother and enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by her children. Her favorite thing to do with them was going out to eat. She cherished the Christmas season and everything that it meant. Giving to others was what Kathryn was all about. She was a big fan of Nascar and watched it religiously. Mrs. Clark was a member of the Mt. Vernon Church of Nazarene in Short Springs, TN.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ernest Boyd and Delma Leo (Horton) Boyd; Loving Husband A.L. Clark Sr; Son A.L. Clark Jr and Sisters Idella Bell and Billie Hasty.
She is survived by Daughters Kathryn (Don) Mason, Karen Clark; Sister Opal Payne; Grandchildren Tamera (Tim) York, Lee (Rhonda) Clark, Terri Clark, Brian Cates, Alana Clark, Amy Mason and Karen Leigh; Fifteen Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren and her sweet Dog “Babe”.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 2, 2016 from five O’clock in the evening until eight O’clock in the evening at Tullahoma Funeral Home. 03/02/16-Harold Dean Stone

Stone, Harold Dean, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Saturday, February
27th, 2016 at Harton Regional Medical Center at the age of 79. Mr. Stone
was born in Coffee County, Tennessee to the late Everett C. and Clara
Belle Kent Stone. During his life he worked as a System Analyst with
Sverdrup for 36 years and was a member of First Christian Church in
Tullahoma. Dean was an avid lover of baseball. He played at Tullahoma
High School where they won a state championship. He spent many years
mentoring and coaching Little League and Babe Ruth baseball in Tullahoma,
including taking a team all the way to the Babe Ruth State Championship.
Two of the players he coached went on to be drafted into Major League
Baseball. After his retirement from AEDC in 1998, he golfed regularly
with a group of friends each week. In addition to his parents, Mr.
Stone was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Suzanne Stone; two
brothers, E.C. and Ralph Stone; and three sisters, Margaret Fletcher,
Nellie Jean Robertson, and Betty Parrish. He is survived by his daughter,
Jennifer Bean and her husband Allen of Tullahoma; son, Andy Stone of
Tullahoma; two grandchildren, Houston Burt and his wife Kayla of
Tullahoma and Hayley Burt of Tullahoma; and great-granddaughter, Reiley
Burt. Visitation for Mr. Stone will be held on Tuesday, March 1st, 2016
at Kilgore Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00pm. A memorial service will be held
on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016 at 1:00pm at First Christian Church in
Tullahoma with Rev. Tom Murdock officiating. In lieu of flowers, the
family asks that donations be made to the First Christian Church Building
Fund, 120 West Grundy Street, Tullahoma, Tennessee 37388.
