6/19/16—Barbara Brown

Funeral Services for Mrs. Barbara Ann Brown, age 71 of Manchester, will be conducted Sunday, June 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Brother Benny Benjamin officiating. Interment will follow in Bradley Cemetery in Erin, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Brown passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at her home.

Mrs. Brown was born on September 21, 1944 in Lauderdale County, Alabama to the late Floyd and Elsie Lard. She was a faithful member of Main Street Church of Christ. She was a homemaker and had a heart for children. She worked in foster care by taking children into her home and caring for them. Spending time with and helping children is what she loved. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed landscaping her yard full of different types of flowers, especially her rose bushes.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, James Raney; her brother, J.G. Lard. Survived by her husband, Lloyd Brown; sons, Keith Raney and wife Donna, Kevin Raney and wife Jamie, Jeremy Brown, Austin Brown, Matthew Brown; daughters, Laura Monroe and husband Terry Bennett, Pamela Neal; 2 brothers, 3 sisters; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. TN, will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Rose Hill
Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Dickerson passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at
Unity Medical Center in Manchester, TN.

Trixie was born in Marble Hill, TN, the daughter of the late John W. and
Sally Bohannan Hargrove. In addition to her parents, Trixie was also
preceded in death by her husband, John Dickerson, who passed away in
2002. She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Ben) Brown of Manchester
and Regina Merriman; two brothers, Bobby and David Hargrove; two sisters,
Brenda Williams and Margaret Hargrove; and four grandchildren, Ottis
Stacey, V, John Stacey, Dustin Stacey, and Libby Brown.

6/16/16—Aaron Elroy Shelton

Aaron Elroy Shelton, of Manchester, passed away June 15, 2016. He was the son of the late Carroll and Carrie Shelton. He was preceded by his wife and beloved mother of his children; Maggie Shelton, and 2 grandchildren; Janet Winkler and Jason Shelton, 4 sisters; Bea, Floy, and Dorothy Duke, and Jean Wise, and 4 brothers; Sterling, Stanley, Porter, and Raymond Shelton.

Mr. Aaron is survived by wife, Bertha Jane Anderson Shelton of Manchester, Tennessee. He has 7 children; Bennie Shelton, Brent and (Robin) Shelton, Mark and (Lori) Shelton, Tracy Shelton, (Dennis) and Gail Banks, Donna and (Charlie) Brown, (George) and Tracy Banks, all of Manchester, Tennessee, grandchildren; Carrie Broadrick, Joey, Lee, Daniel, Steven, and John Shelton all of Manchester, Tennessee, Sabrina Brown, Monica Still, Veronica Young, Jessica Pobanz, Davey Brown, Jeremy and Jason Banks, Jason and Russell Sells, Stephanie, Amber and Malory Banks, and Jessica Tabor, 26 great-grandchildren; and 1 great, great-grandchild.

Aaron was a member and deacon of the Riley Creek Baptist Church. He was a Mason of Manchester, loved farming, gardening, and above all he loved his family. He was active in the community and at one time was a school board member and also served as a coffee county commissioner.

Funeral services for Mr. Calvin Vester Duggin, Jr., age 62, of
Manchester, TN will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 17, 2016 at
Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Howard Carroll officiating.
Burial will follow in Fredonia Cemetery. Visitation with the family will
be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Mr. Duggin passed away at his residence on Monday, June 13. 2016.

Calvin was born in Woodbury, TN, the son of the late Calvin Vester
Duggin, Sr. and Rachel Bogle Duggin, who survives. He retired from
Powermatic Foundry as an ironworker and enjoyed hunting, fishing,
watching football, and was a big Nascar fan.

In addition to his father, Calvin was also preceded in death by his first
wife, Patty Lawrence Duggin and their grandson, Ryan Layne Spaulding; one
daughter, Pam Doss; a brother, Danny Duggin and his wife, Brenda Lee
Duggin; and a great nephew, Kyler Mason Haggard. He is survived by his
mother, Rachel Duggin; his loving wife of 13 years, Connie Duggin; two
sons, Rodney (Becky) Gibbons and Joe (Hannah) Gibbons, both of
Manchester; two daughters, Kristy Duggin (Richard) Crabtree of SC and
Jessica Boles of Manchester; one brother, Tim Duggin of Nashville; two
sisters, Patsy (Larry) Thrasher of Manchester and Brenda (Kenneth)
Haggard of Tullahoma; grandchildren, Landon Crabtree, Chelsey, Chasity,
Candice, and Matthew Doss, Beth, Kaela, Meghan, Katie, Joshua, and Caleb
Gibbons, Melena and Zachery Gibbons, Gavin Kimmons, and Malachi Thompson;

funeral home. Mr. Haley passed away Monday evening at Tennova Healthcare
Harton in Tullahoma, TN, surrounded by his loving family.

Charles was born in Coffee County, TN, the son of the late Frank and
Novella Banks Haley. He served his country in the United States Army and
was a self-employed owner of Haley’s Auto Parts. Charles was of the
Baptist faith and loved Nascar, football, gardening, fishing, and being
outdoors.

In addition to his parents, Charles was also preceded in death by his
wife of 45 years, Betty Ann Haley, who passed away in July 2014; two
brothers, Leon “Bill” Haley and James Edward Haley; and one sister, Ellen
Haley Clouse. He is survived by one son, Lynn Haley; one daughter,
Crystal (Michael) Smith; three grandchildren, Carrie Haley, Andrew Smith,
and Caitlyn Haley; one brother, Donnie (Marjorie) Haley; one sister,
Helen Haley Pinegar; nephews, Tim, Brian, and Barry Haley; and nieces,
Lori Pinegar, Shelly Haley Cannon, Lisa Haley Parkerson, and Layla Sain
Holland.

Robbin D. Mackney, age 55, of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away on Monday, June
13, 2016 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. Funeral Services are scheduled for
Friday, June 17, 2016 at 2 PM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home Chapel
with burial to follow at Welker Cemetery. Visitation with the family will
be Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 5 – 8 PM.

A native of Elkhart, IN, she was the daughter of the late Robert Shelton
and Patricia Guernsey Shelton of Murfreesboro. She was attending the
Fellowship Methodist Church in Murfreesboro. Robbin had a wonderful sense
of humor and was a big “cut-up”. She always had a big smile on her face
or
everyone. She enjoyed crocheting, but her favorite pastime was spending
time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jason
Shelton and Tony Toombs.

Robbin is survived by her mother, Patricia Guernsey Shelton of
Murfreesboro; two daughters, Tiffany Romans and her husband, Richard and
Brandy Baker, both of Murfreesboro; three brothers, Mark Shelton and his
wife, Pam of McMinnville, Bobby Shelton and his wife, Donna of
Jacksonville, FL and Dexter Toombs and his wife, Kathy of Manchester; one
sister, LaTricia Shelton of Murfreesboro; two grandchildren, Ashley and
Christopher Romans and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the
American Cancer Society.

Manchester, TN passed away on Sunday, June 12th. She is preceded in death by
her parents Winifred and Garth Alexander, her sister Gayle Alexander. She
leaves behind her son, Thad Alsup and his wife Monica and grandchildren,
Jackson
and Natalie, her daughter, Allison Alsup, her sister Gina Alexander
Grissom and her nieces Heather and Ashley Grissom and Hayley
Grissom-Irons and
her husband Jeremy and her great nephew Rowe Irons.

Greer was a member of First
Baptist Church of Manchester where she sang in the choir and played
handbells.
She was the Director of Admissions and Records at Motlow State Community
College where she served for more than 20 years. She was a mother, a sister,
a grandmother, an aunt, and a dear friend. She was the epitome of
hard-working, with a work ethic like none other. She was
fiercely dedicated to what she did and to those she loved. An organizer by
nature, she could make order out of chaos. She was a force; and
her friends felt honored to share in her life. She will be greatly
missed.

Visitation will be held at
First Baptist Church Manchester on June 15, 2016 from 11am-2pm.
Graveside service to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

9, 2016 at Manchester Healthcare. Memorial service will be held at a

Clinton was born in Coffee County, TN, the son of the late Ewing and
Irene Vaughn. He was a retired bridge builder for Sain Construction and
a member of Gnat Hill Church of Christ. Clinton loved going to turkey
shoots, riding river boats, and gardening.

In addition to his parents, Clinton was also preceded in death by two
wives, Martha Parker Vaughn and Mary Helen Howell Vaughn; a special
sister, Betty Jones; and a special friend, Hazel Dodson. He is survived
by one son, Darrell (Darlene) Vaughn of Morrison; one daughter, Pam
(Billy) Ferrell of Tullahoma; grandchildren, Michael (Tami), Kimberly
(William), Melinda, Brooklyn, Chloe, Caitlin, Daniel, and Jasmin; several
great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, especially Sue
Wilson and Ray Vaughn; and a special daughter, Betty Jones.

Chapel. Mr. Breward passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at St. Thomas
West
Hospital in Nashville.

Mr. Breward was born on January 15, 1940 in Binghamton,
NY to the late William Sr. and Arlene Breward. He was well known as the
owner
and operator of Bill’s Meat Block in Manchester. Mr. Breward was an avid
wood-worker and could build anything and everything.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by
his son, Thomas S. Breward. Survived by his loving wife of 43 years,
Alice V.
Breward; sons, William S. Breward, III, David W. Breward; step sons,
William T.
Worch, Scott A. Worch; step daughter, Debi Lynn Grosch; sisters,
Constance Mae
Phoenix of Florida, Nanette Cardello of Pennsylvania; 12 grandchildren and 3
