Billy Joe Bell

Billy Joe Bell of Tullahoma, TN passed this life on Monday, January 10,
2022 at NHC of Tullahoma at the age of 73. Funeral Services are scheduled
for Sunday, January 16, 2022 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Concord Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from
5 – 8 PM on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.

A native of Tullahoma, Billy was born on February 27, 1948. He was the son
of the late Howard Joe and Ruth Wilder Bell.  Billy Joe was a Christian who
loved Jesus and lived a life to be as godly as one could be.  He lived a
simple life and was a man of few words but the kindest of heart.  Billy Joe
was a man of many trades from plumbing, cutting wood to working on
engines.  He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He retired from
the Tullahoma Utilities Authority.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Claudette
Bell and brother, Leon Bell.

Billy Joe is survived by sons, Michael Bell (Heather) and Jamie Bell
(Amanda), both of Tullahoma; brother, Kenneth Wayne Bell (Janice) sister,
JoAnn Brown (Joe) and four grandchildren, Tamara, Courtney, Madelyn and
Thomas Bell.

Mozell Floyd Anderson

Funeral services for Mrs. Mozell Floyd Anderson, age 97 of Manchester, will be conducted on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 10 AM at Manchester Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Anderson and Bro. Mike Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Farrar Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, January 11, from 5 – 8 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Anderson passed away on Saturday, January 8 at Manchester Healthcare Center in Manchester.

Mrs. Anderson was born on January 7 ,1925, to the late John and Lexie Duke Floyd in Manchester. She was employed at Eden’s Industry and was a member of the Noah’s Fork Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. Mrs. Anderson enjoyed piecing quilt tops, making jewelry, playing games, and growing her flowers. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Anderson is preceded in death by her husband, Andy Anderson; son, Frank Arlan Anderson; brothers, Cleabert and Martin; sisters, Lola, Gladys, Lodi, and Bessie. She is survived by her children, Cecil Anderson and his wife, Judy; daughters, Gail Waterson, and her husband, Terrell, Barbara Arnold and her husband, Leon, and Elaine Goines and her husband, Herbert; daughter-in-law, Faye Anderson; grandchildren, Troy (Kim) Waterson, Jason Waterson, Owen (Priscilla) Waterson, Tricia Waterson, Jeff Anderson, Michael (Stephanie) Anderson, Bradley Anderson, Connie (Jerry) May, Brian (Millie) Teal, Kristy (Matt) Evans, and Jeffery (Tara) Goines; great grandchildren, Matthew, Lily, and Isabel Waterson, Shawn Anderson, Trystan (Haden) Moore, Justin (Amber) May, Tristan and Marianna Teal, Kyler, Bryson, and Taylie Beth Goines, and Dakota Kasal; great-great grandchildren, Audrey Clark, and Aurora and Oliver Moore.

The family would like to thank Manchester Healthcare Center for the care they have provided Mrs. Anderson and the family.

Naomi Givens Davis

Naomi Givens Davis, left this life on January 7 th , 2022. She was born on June 11 th , 1949 in Biloxi, Mississippi. As a child, Naomi traveled with her military family, and after marriage she traveled with her military family. Since the late 80’s Naomi resided in Tullahoma, Tennessee where she taught 5 th grade and 7 th grade for twenty years. After retiring, Naomi went on to teach English as a Second Language at the First Baptist Church and the Precepts Bible Study at King’s Cross Church. She was also on the Board of the Tullahoma Daycare Center and Tullahoma Library. Naomi loved reading and passed that on to her children, students, and grandchildren. Naomi is preceded in death by her parents, David and Edna Givens. She is survived by her brother, David Givens, Jr; her husband, James Davis; her children, Jad Davis (Alisa Clanin) and Nicole Walker (Brent), and her 5 precious grandchildren, Luke, Megan, Ethan, Emma (Walker) and Honora (Davis-Clanin). There will be a Celebration of Life at Kilgore Funeral Home at 1:00pm on Saturday, January 15 th , 2022. She wants her family and friends to know “It is well with my soul”. In lieu of flowers, the families requested that donations go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society. Kilgore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Brantlee Alexander Stone

Brantlee Alexander Stone of Shelbyville passed this life on Sunday, January
9, 2022 at his residence at the age of 4.  Services are scheduled for
Friday, January 14 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.  The family
will receive friends from 12-2 PM.

Brantlee was the son of Chenae Stone of Shelbyville and Christopher Prince
of Manchester. He loved being outdoors with his brothers and sisters,
playing basketball, baseball or football and riding his bike and scooter.

He was preceded in death by grandfather, John Prince and great grandmother,
Virginia Farless.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, Ayden Stone and
Timothy Prince and sisters, Desiree and Jaszzmyn Bailey; grandparents,
Marcia Funk of Shelbyville and Nina Prince of Decherd; great grandparents,
Roy Cheney (Patty) of Cowan and William and Hilda Prince of Tullahoma;
aunt, Tiffany Stone of Petersburg and uncles, Justin and Dustin Stone, both
of Shelbyville and Isaiah Prince of Decherd.

Samuel Keathley Shelton

Mr. Samuel Keathley Shelton, age 67, of Manchester,
TN, passed from this life on Friday, January 7, 2022, in Manchester, TN.

Mr. Shelton was born in Tullahoma, TN to his late parents Samuel Paul
Shelton and Vennie Lou Tinny Fults. He worked in a meat processing plant
for most of his life. Mr. Shelton had a care-free spirit and enjoyed the
simple pleasures of life. He would give you the shirt off his back and was
loved by everyone. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by
sisters, Lillie Ann Shelton and Connie Lee Shelton and a brother, Earl
Shelton.

Mr. Shelton is survived by a daughter, Pepper; brother, James Benny
Shelton; sister, Pearl Dill Shelton; grandson, Jack; nieces, Theresa
Michelle Dill and Patricia Lee Ann Meredith; nephews, Troy Gene Dill, Jr.,
and William Earl Ray Meredith; grand-niece, Hailey Anne (Shawn) Hughes;
several cousins.

Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 12:00
noon until 2:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral
services will be conducted immediately following visitation at 2:00pm in
the chapel of Central Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Stevenson
Cemetery in Hillsboro, TN.

Amber Lee Boles

Funeral services for Mrs. Amber Lee Boles, age 35 of Manchester, will be conducted at 1:00PM on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 5:00PM until 8:00PM on Monday, January 10, 2022, at the funeral home.  Mrs. Boles passed from this life on Friday, January 7, 2022. 

Amber was born in Jacksonville, Florida on March 3, 1986, the daughter of Tollie Williams, Jr. and Brandie Boswell.  She was a hardworking and dedicated nurse.  Amber was feisty, and she loved making TikTok videos.  She was an inspiration to all that knew her, and someone you could look up to.  Amber was a huge Alabama football fan, and she loved her nieces, nephews, and her dog, Sylea.  Above all though, she loved spending time with her boys.  She was a loving, caring, and devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister. 

Amber is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Tollie, Sr. and Juanita Williams.  Amber is survived by her parents, Tollie Williams, Jr. and Brandie Boswell; her beloved husband of 14 years, Jason Boles; sons, Levi Kelly, Stephen Boles, and Joshua Boles; sisters, Ashley Boswell, Holly Boswell, and Summer Williams; maternal grandparents, Harrison and Margaret Witt; mother-in-law, Debbie “Granny” Brooks.

Jeff Allen Simons

Jeff Allen Simons passed this life on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the
Life Care Center of Tullahoma at the age of 58. Memorial Services will be
held at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home on January 13, 2022 at 2 PM. The
family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2 PM.

Mr. Simons, a native of Syracuse, NY, was the son of the late James Simons
and Karen Wiley Simons, who survives. He enjoyed riding motorcycles,
working on classic cars and playing pranks on people.  He was an avid
Indianapolis Colts fan. His family’s nicknames for him were “Dadman” and
the “Lord of all French Fries”.

In addition to his mother, Karen Wiley Simons of Syracuse, NY, he is
survived by his wife, Ellen Simons of Shelbyville; daughters, Amanda Lynn
Simons of Murfreesboro, Jessica Mae Simons of Syracuse, NY and Veronica
Sheryl Simons of Shelbyville; brothers, James Simons (Haromi) of Japan,
Kirk Simons (Nancy) of Florida, Steven Simons of Tennessee and Gary Simons
(Vicki) of Syracuse, NY; sister, Judy Benhke of Syracuse NY; granddaughter,
Raelynn Jade Schott and “Grand pup” Scarlet Rose Simons.

Beverly Ann Vanover

Beverly Ann Vanover of Manchester passed this life on Friday, January 7,
2022 at her residence at the age of 60. No services are scheduled.

Mrs. Vanover, a native of Rochester, Ohio, was the daughter of the late
William and Ethel Babel Bratt.  She and her husband, Tim owned a
construction firm for many years and she enjoyed working with him.  She
also enjoyed playing video games.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Charles
Bratt and sister, Mary Gorman.

She is survived by husband, Tim Vanover of Manchester; son, Christopher
Allen Vanover; daughter, Laura Vanover; brothers, William, Kenny, Michael
and Carmen Bratt; sisters, Linda Bratt and Patricia Barber and
grandchildren, Seth Vinson and Matthew Vanover.

Barbara Ruth Eggleston

Eggleston, Barbara Ruth , of Manchester, passed this life on Wednesday, January 5 th , 2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville at the age of 77. Ms. Eggleston was born in Manchester to the late Hubert and Jessie Smith Eggleston and worked during her life as an LPN at Manchester Health Care. In addition to her parents, Ms. Eggleston was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Eggleston; and one sister, Beverly Steele. She is survived by her daughter, Pam (Scotty) Roberson; one sister, Delores Woodard; two brothers, Vincent (Jane) Eggleston, and Larry (Gail) Eggleston; three grandchildren, Scott (April) Miller, Philip Miller, and Rhianna Roberson; and two great-grandchildren, McKinley and Kimber. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 8 th , 2022 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 11:00am-1:00pm with the funeral to immediately follow at 1:00pm with Bro. Randy Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Turkey Creek Methodist Cemetery in Moore County. Kilgore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jimmie Louis Sullivan Sr.

Mr. Jimmie Louis Sullivan Sr., age 86, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at his
residence.

Mr. Sullivan was born in Cartwright, TN, to his late parents Luther “Blue”
Sullivan and Willie Mae Layman Sullivan. He owned his own furniture
business for most of his life. Outside of work, he loved hunting, fishing,
and spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jim Sullivan
Jr. and a brother, Jackie Sullivan.

Mr. Sullivan is survived by a son, Rodney (Lisa) Sullivan; daughters, Kathy
(Thierry) Sullivan Mack and Shelby (Jessee) Machele Sullivan Anderson;
brother, Harold Sullivan; sister, Betty West; grandchildren, McKenzie
Sullivan, Hayley Green, Michael “Fred” Griffith, Matthew Evans, Steven
Evans, Will Anderson, Jason Sullivan, Terry Sullivan, Adam Sullivan, Erin
Sullivan, Steven Evans, and David Morgan; several great grandchildren.

Per Mr. Sullivan’s wishes, he will be cremated. No services are scheduled
at this time.
