7/21/17–Charles “Charlie” Edward Hill

Funeral services for Charles “Charlie” Edward Hill, of Hillsboro, will be
conducted on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 1 PM at Manchester Funeral Home with
Bro. Mickey Henley and Jason Parker officiating. Burial will follow in
Rutledge Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held Thursday,
July 20, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Charlie
passed away Tuesday, July 18, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester.

Charlie was born on February 22, 1942, to the late Marvin Wilson and Ethel
May Church Hill on Franklin County. He was a retired paver operator with
the Coffee County Highway Department. Charlie attended the Wilder’s Chapel
Church in Decherd and he loved farming.

In addition to his parents, Charlie is preceded in death by one brother,
Wilson Hill, and two sisters, Barbara Parson and Marie Hill. He is survived
by his wife of 23 years, Deborah Cawthorn Hill; three sons, Troy Hill and
Chad (Kristen) Hill, both of Hillsboro, and Jason Alford of the Gnat Hill
community; two sisters, Lula Long and Sandra (Billy) Parker, both of
Hillsboro, best friends, Steve Parks and Roy Gipson; several nieces,
nephews, and great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

7/21/17–Fred Neil Curtiss

Visitation for Fred Neil Curtiss, age 72, of Manchester, Tennessee will
be held from 5-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 20th. Funeral Services will be
held at Central Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, July 21st at 12:00 Noon,
with burial following at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Mr. Curtiss
passed away at his residence on July 16, 2017 surrounded by family and
friends. Fred was born in Tullahoma to the late Fred Nelson Curtiss and
Viginia Jackson Curtiss. He was also proceded in death by a sister
Lucilla Hall and son Fred Neil Curtiss Jr. He is survived by his loving
wife, Barbara Jean Curtiss; two sons, Michael Curtiss and wife Vicky, Guy
Curtiss; daughter, Patrica Northcutt and husband Chris; two brothers,
Ross Dorsett and Robert Curtiss; seven grandchildren, Chris Curtiss,
Ashley Gipson, Robert Northcutt, Ethan Northcutt, Karissa Northcutt,
Cliffon Curtiss and Logan Curtiss; two great-grandchildren, Nevaeh
Curtiss and Kylee Curtiss. Fred enjoyed fishing, clipping coupons and
gardening. Most of all he enjoyed time spent with people he met while
working at B&B Texaco. He will be missed by his family and many many
friends.

7/21/17 — Wayne Kinzer

Wayne Kinzer of Shelbyville passed this life on Monday, July 17, 2017 at
The Residence at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro at the age of 53 years.
Funeral
Services are scheduled at 2 PM on Friday, July 21 at Daves-Culbertson
Funeral Home with burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation with
the family will be from 12 Noon until the time of the service.

Mr. Kinzer, the son of the late Montague L and Ethellene Nelson Kinzer, was
born on February 17, 1964 in Pulaski, TN. He was a U S Marine Veteran and
worked as a truck driver. He was very family oriented and enjoyed spending
time with his family. His hobbies included fishing and playing sports.

Mr. Kinzer is survived by his wife, Angela Kay Kinzer of Shelbyville; one
son, Christopher Duggin of Shelbyville; three daughters, Alicia England and
her husband, Cam of Lynchburg, Rachel Duggin and her fiancé, Michael Bailey
of Shelbyville and Alexis Kinzer of Shelbyville; two brothers, Ron Kinzer
of Louisville, KY and Vernon Kinzer and his wife, Melody of Lewisburg;
“sister at heart”, Lavida Smith of Columbia; aunts, Susie Smith of
Columbia, Merri Brown of Lewisburg and Dot Walters and her husband, Roger
of Baytown, TX; five grandchildren, Caden, Tanner, Michael, Zander and
Nathan and many loving cousins, in-laws and friends.

7/18/17 — Benjamin Raymond Ransom

Mr. Benjamin R. Ransom 62,of Shelbyville passed July 15, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare Shelbyville.

He was the son of the late Mose Ransom, Sr and Martha Christine Young Ransom.

He was survived by one sister, Cordelia “Dee De” of Shelbyville, TN; Two brothers, Elder Mose (Betty) Ransom, Jr of Denver, Colorado and Tony (Lisa) Ransom of Smyrna, TN. Host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 12:00 noon at Bright Temple Church of God in Christ with Funeral Services to follow at 1:00 pm at Bright Temple Church of God in Christ with Pastor Larry Crismon , Jr officiating and Pastor Mose Ransom, Jr as Eulogist.

7/19/17–Diane Warren

Diane Warren of Tullahoma passed this life on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at her
residence at the age of 65 years. Graveside services are scheduled for
2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 19, 2017 at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Warren, the daughter of the late Grady and Margaret Evans McGowan was
born on March 23, 1952 in Manchester, TN. She attended the Victory Baptist
Church in Tullahoma and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed
fishing, quilting and cooking. She had a special love for her pets; her
cat, Fancy and her dogs, Riley and Reesie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ray
McGowan.

Mrs. Warren is survived by her husband, Mack Warren of Tullahoma; two
children, son, Robby Warren and his wife, Leslie of Tullahoma and daughter,
Michelle Werner and her husband, Johnny of Chattanooga; one brother, Brett
McGowan of Woodbury, five sisters, Brenda Jones and her husband, Ronnie of
Tullahoma, Janice Brooks and her husband, John of Tullahoma, Denise Garner
and her husband, John of Estill Springs, Joyce Johnson and her husband,
Harold of Manchester and Lesa Boyd and her husband, Kenny of Manchester;
five grandchildren, Heather Mangrum and her husband, Jonathan of Tullahoma,
Clinton and Gabriel Warren of Tullahoma and Colby and Lydia Werner of
Chattanooga and three great grandchildren.

7/20/17–Susan “Chewy” Marie Larose

Funeral services for Ms. Susan “Chewy” Marie Larose, age 74, of Nashville, TN, will be conducted at 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Reverend Mary Hassell officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. Additional services will be held at a later date at McNeely Funeral Home in Hammond, LA. Ms. Larose passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Manchester Healthcare in Manchester, TN.

Susan was born in Hammond, LA, the daughter of the late Cleveland Anthony and Marie Elise Morel Larose. She was an elementary teacher for 37 years in Louisiana and Tennessee and was a member of Who’s Who of American Teachers. She was of the Catholic faith and loved doing yard work and her home. She also loved President Donald Trump, especially what he is doing with the country, Israel and the Veterans Program.

Susan is survived by one brother, John Larose of New Orleans, LA; one sister, Mary Larose of FL; niece, Kimberly (David) King of Altamont; and great nephews, Kevin Paul (fiancé Heather Yarbrough) Herring and Kyle Benjamin (Autumn King) Herring.

7/18/2017–Raymond Oscar West

*Raymond Oscar West age 89 of Manchester passed away Saturday July 15,
2017. Funeral services will be 2:00PM Tuesday July 18, 2017 at Manchester
Funeral Home with Danny Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Hoo Doo
Cemetery with Glen Espy, Donny Wiser, Terry Wiser, Darren Hunt, Chase Hunt
and Alan Banks serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the West family will
be Tuesday beginning at 11:00AM until time of service at the Manchester

* Mr. West is the son of the late William and Mary Hill West. He is also

7/29/17–Helen Fay Ramsay

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Helen Fay Ramsay, age 78 of Manchester, will be conducted on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at Rosewood Chapel in Gainesboro, TN. Mrs. Ramsay passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Bailey Manor in Manchester.

She was born on June 12, 1939 in Smithville, TN to the late Morgan and Stella Smithson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Ramsay; brother, Brent Smithson. Survived by her daughter, Leigh Ann Ray (Mark); sons, Greg Ramsay (Leslie), Jeff Ramsay (Barbara); brother, Kent Smithson; 7 grandchildren.

7/20/17 — Alice E. Barnett

Alice E Barnett of Tullahoma passed this life on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at
the Life Care Center of Tullahoma at the age of 94 years. Funeral services
are scheduled for 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 20, 2017 at Daves-Culbertson
Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation
with the family will be on Thursday, from 12 – 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson
Funeral Home.

Mrs. Barnett, the daughter of the late James Callie and Maudie E Morrison
Huffman, was born on March 14, 1923 in Louisville, Kentucky. Mrs. Barnett
was a Cancer Survivor, having been diagnosed during the 1970’s. She was a
member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church (Harmony Baptist Church) and was
very active with the Coffee County Senior Citizens. She was also a
volunteer at the Life Care Center of Tullahoma. She enjoyed doing crafts
and making quilts and stuffed animals for children. She would make the
stuffed animals and then donate them to the local fire department to hand
out to children during emergency situations.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of
over 50 years, Carl A Barnett; three brothers, J C Huffman, Henry Curtis
Huffman and John Calvin Huffman and four sisters, Edith Frances “Frankie”
Vancampen, Evelyn Loebig, Mildred “Pooley” Lee and Alma Monroe.

Mrs. Barnett is survived by two children; son, Tedd L Barnett and his wife,
Kimberly of Jacksonville, FL, daughter, Joyce E Barnett and Terry Gallagher
of Santa Maria, CA; sister, Betty Ann Keinsley and her husband, Glenn of
Lanesville, IN; five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

7/17/17 — Alicia Dawn Rodriguez

Alicia Dawn Rodriguez of Tullahoma passed this life on Tuesday, July 11,
2017 at her residence at the age of 36 years. Funeral Services are
scheduled for Monday, July 17, 2017 at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral
Home with burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation with
the family will be Monday from 12 PM until the service time.

Mrs. Rodriguez was born on February 25, 1981 in Putnam County, TN. She
attended the First Church of Jesus Christ in Tullahoma. She enjoyed
singing, writing poetry, learning Spanish, dancing and going shopping. She
especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Alicia was preceded in death by her grandparents, Horace E. Honea and
Tallie and Ann Dodson.

She is survived by her husband, Fernando Rodriguez of Tullahoma; parents,
Sandra and Roy Bradford of Tullahoma; sons, Miguel Briones of Tullahoma,
Isaiah Escamilla of Manchester and Tristan Rodriguez of Tullahoma;
daughter, Najeli Rodriguez of Tullahoma; grandmothers, Ruby Honea of
Tullahoma and Mary Etta Wall of Springfield, TN; brother, Grady Bradford
and his wife, LeAnne of Tullahoma; sisters, Chrystal Escamilla and her
husband, Benito of Tullahoma and Holly Honea of Hillsboro; father-in-law,
Juan Rodriguez of Florida; mother-in-law, Rita Morena of Mexico;
sister-in-laws, Carolina and Juana Rodriguez, both of Mexico and
brother-in-law, Rafael Rodriguez of Mexico.
