1/20/19–Frances Annette Sharp Gregory

Frances Annette Sharp Gregory, age eighty-one, passed this life on
January 16, 2019, at Brookdale in Tullahoma, TN. She was born on December
1, 1937, in Bedford County, TN. Mrs. Gregory was the daughter of the late
Harrell Wilson Sharp and Katherine Hardy Sharp. She was the widow of
Thomas Wayne Gregory whom she married on June 1, 1956, in Flat Creek,
Tennessee. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Marie Sharp
Summarell. She is survived by daughter, Katherine Gail Gregory Holland,
her husband, Dean F. Holland; son, Thomas Scott Gregory, his wife, Cheri
Buchanan Gregory; three grandchildren, Emily Lauren Wooten, her husband,
Benjamin Mark Wooten, Thomas Brett Gregory, William Taylor Gregory; and
three great-grandsons, Jackson Holland Wooten, Clayton Gregory Wooten,
and Grant Benjamin Wooten; step-grandchildren, Dean Young Holland and his
wife April, and Adam Fletcher Holland and his wife Kate; step
great-grandchildren, Margaret Elizabeth, Annie Jane, Hudson Fletcher,
Miles Young and Eleanor Grace Holland; one brother, Harrell Ray Sharp;
and several nieces and nephews. A 1956 graduate of Shelbyville
Central High School, Mrs. Gregory earned an A.S. degree from Motlow State
Community College; B.S., M.Ed. and Ed.S. degrees from Middle Tennessee
State University (MTSU); and an Educational Doctorate (Ed.D.) from the
University of Alabama. She was a former teacher in the Franklin County
School System and an Adjunct Professor at MTSU. She was well known in the
educational community for developing the “Leaping Into the Classroom with
Music” program that taught children basic skills through music and
movement. Through her educational career, she received many awards and
accolades for her accomplishments. She was a member of the Delta Kappa
Gamma International Society and served in many positions with this
organization, throughout the years. She was also a member of Highland
Baptist Church and a church pianist and choir director for 47 years. She
loved gospel music and spending time with her family. Visitation
will be held on Saturday, January 19th, 2019 from 4:00-7:00pm at Kilgore
Funeral Home with the funeral service on Sunday, January 20th, 2019 at
2:00pm at Highland Baptist Church in Tullahoma with burial following at
Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Reverands Jim Norman and David Wall will
preside. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Highland
Baptist Church.

1/20/19–Howard Armstrong

A celebration of life for Mr. Howard Armstrong, age 70, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 20, 2019, at First Baptist Church in Manchester with Dr. Cox officiating. Mr. Armstrong passed from this life on Monday, January 7, 2019, at his residence in Manchester.

Howard was born in Coffee Co., to the late A.T. Armstrong and Ezelle Philpott. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Manchester, retired from UPS, and played pool. He won numerous pool tournaments at the Manchester Senior Center. Howard loved watching sports on TV, and he especially loved watching the UT Vols. He loved talking and visiting with his neighbors and was an amazing friend.

In addition to his parents, Howard is also preceded in death by six brothers, George, Vernon, Lillard, Lott, Brown, and Paul Armstrong; two sisters, Velma Brown and Brenda Simmons. He is survived by two sons, Jason Armstrong (Helen) and Jamie Armstrong; two sisters, Barbara Brown (Kenneth) and Irene Tant; grandchildren, Shelby Armstrong, Taylor Armstrong, Hunter Armstrong, Dakota Armstrong, Mona Roshan, Arian Roshan, and Ashley Umbarger; several nieces and nephews.

1/26/19–Gary Davon Jernigan

Memorial services for Mr. Gary Davon Jernigan, age 64, of Manchester,
will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Manchester
Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 AM until
time of service at the funeral home. Mr. Jernigan passed away at Unity
Medical Center on January 14, 2019.

Tammie Lynette Jones McClard

Tammie Lynette Jones McClard, passed this life on Thursday, January 10,
2019 at the age of 46 years. No services are scheduled.

A native of Tullahoma, she was the daughter of Robert Dwight
Jones of Tullahoma and Deborah Langley Thomas of Tullahoma. In addition to
her parents, she is survived by sons, Charles Guinn of Ohio, Jordan McClard
of Nashville and Langley Bogle of Antioch; daughter, Victoria Crabtree of
Gallatin; sister, Karen Baxter of Nashville and granddaughter, Luna Estell
Gilreath.

1/16/19–Howard Daniel Temple

Mr. Howard Daniel Temple, age 88 of Manchester, passed away
Friday, January 11, 2019. Mr. Temple was a Korean War veteran and was
retired from TVA. He loved his family, farm animals, and sports.

Mr. Temple was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Nellie Brogdon
Temple. He is survived by a son, Howard Lee Temple of Manchester, a
daughter, Deborah Baker (Roger) of Manchester, two grandchildren, Benji
Baker and Jesse Baker of Manchester, daughters-in-law Tiffany Certain,
LaQuitta Qualls, and Alishia Crane, and eight great grandchildren, Tia
Baker, Ethan Baker, Eli Baker, Kannon Baker, Maliah Qualls, Makayla Qualls,
Braxton Baker, and Ashtyn Grayce Lewis of Manchester.

Visitation with the Temple family will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM
Tuesday. Funeral
services will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 11: 00 AM at Central
Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery.

1/16/19–John Dewey Fredrick

Mr. John Dewey Fredrick, 85, passed away Monday
January 14, 2019 at his home. He was born in Coalmont, Tennessee on July
23, 1933 to Jessie Fredrick and Fronie Sanders Fredrick who preceded him
inn death along with his sister, Stella Orange; brothers, Cecil, Issac,
Austin and Edward “Pat” Fredrick.

He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Manchester and retired from
Sterling Casting in Bluffton, Indiana. He owned and operated Fredrick
Cleaning in Manchester.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Gibbs Fredrick; son, Allen (Jeannie)
Fredrick; daughter, Cynthia (Bruce) King; sister, Carol Nunley; brother,
Kenner Fredrick; 5 grandchildren, Shenna Fredrick Knight, Brent King, Amber
Fredrick Hodges, Ashley Huset and Cara King; 9 great-grandchildren; several
nieces and nephews; extended family, Kelly Wilder; caregivers, Leslie of
Hospice Compassus and Bridgett George of Family Health Care.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Grace Baptist Church with
Minister Frank Bell and Mike Hollis officiating with burial to follow in
the Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday and 1:00

1/15/19 — Billy David Talley

Funeral services for Mr. Billy David Talley, age 84, of Manchester, TN, will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ray Marcrom and Bro. Ralph Hart officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Mr. Talley passed from this life surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at his residence in Manchester, TN.

Bill was born in Warren Co., TN, to the late Odie and Clarice Scott Talley. He was a retired electrician from AEDC and a United States Army Veteran. Bill grew up in Rock Island and Oak Ridge, TN. While living in Oak Ridge, Bill was a Boy Scout, sold newspapers, worked in a grocery store, and at the age of 15 was an iron worker that walked on beams suspended 300ft. in the air. Bill attended Oak Ridge High School for his first three years, then transferred to Tullahoma High School where he graduated in 1953. He was an avid golfer and loved UT Football. Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

In addition to his parents, Bill is also preceded in death by one brother, Robert Talley. He is survived by his loving wife, Janey Daniel Talley; two sons, Phillip and Mike Talley; one brother, John Talley; one sister, Brenda Talley Winton (Ray); two grandchildren, Drew and Peyton Talley; one special friend, Candy Sullivan.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Bill’s name to Red Hill Church of Christ Building Fund or Forest Mill Church of Christ.

1/15/19 — Euless Ray Evans

Euless Ray Evans of Manchester, passed this life on Saturday, January 12,
2019 at his residence at the age of 69 years. Funeral Services are
scheduled for Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral
Home with burial to follow at Bomar Cemetery. Visitation with the family
will be Monday, January 14, 2019 from 5 – 8 PM.

A native of Bedford County, he was the son of the late Bernie
and Olive Marie Davis Evans. He was a truck driver for Batesville Casket
and retired after 22 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, mowing his yard
and helping others.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister,
Brenda Evans.

Mr. Evans is survived by daughters, Michele Ridner and her
husband, Randy of Manchester, Angele Hallworth and her husband, Jimmy of
Shelbyville and Bernadette Washer and her husband, Andrew of Manchester;
brother, Wayne Boyd of Tullahoma; sister, Linda Crowell and her husband,
Wayne of Shelbyville and two grandchildren, Ceresia Ridner and Donald Ray
Ridner, both of Manchester.

1/12/19 — Willadean Richardson

Funeral services for Mrs. Willadean Richardson, age 75, of Manchester,
TN, will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 13, 2019, at
Manchester Funeral Home with Pastor Bell officiating. Burial will follow
in Asbury Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until
9:00 PM on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at the funeral home. Mrs.
Richardson passed from this life on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at
Manchester Healthcare in Manchester, TN.

Willadean was born in Manchester, TN, to the late Ralph and Hazel Qualls.
She was a seamstress for many years and loved working with the children
at the local elementary schools. Willadean always found the good in
things, and she loved her family more than anything, but especially her
grandchildren. She was an avid seamstress, loved gardening and flowers,
and enjoyed reading novels. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother,
and sister.

In addition to her parents, Willadean is also preceded in death by two
brothers, Jerry and A.D. Qualls. She is survived by her loving husband
of 53 years, Charles Richardson; one son, Steve Richardson (Sue); one
daughter, Barbara Richardson; one brother, Marshall Qualls; five sisters,
Vinetta Anderson, Kathryn Chappelow, Imogene Perdue, Dorothy Freeze, and
Rennita Floyd; four grandchildren, Jacob Farrar, Collin Baker, Haley
Richardson, and Hannah Richardson.

1/15/19 — Steve Hull

Steve Hull of Tullahoma, passed this life on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at
his residence at the age of 66 years. Memorial Services are scheduled for
Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 5 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home. The
family will receive friends beginning at 4 PM.

A native of Atlanta, GA, he was the son of the late Thomas
Marian and Betty Williamson Hull. He was a graduate of Tullahoma High
School and enjoyed anything outdoors. His hobbies included water sports,
boating, snow skiing, working in his yard and anything to do with racing.
He
raced, built and rebuilt Motocross Dirt Bikes. His favorite times were
spent reminiscing with his family.

Steve is survived by son, Stephen Clayton Hull of Tullahoma;
daughters, Mary Frances Merrell and her husband, Jay of Tullahoma and
Leslie Alice Hull of Chattanooga; the mother of his children, Florence
Ratcliffe Hull of Tullahoma; sister, Leslie Marian Hull of Tullahoma and
five grandchildren, Victor Hull, Lannie and Bailey Merrell, Violet Hull and
Josiah Merrell.
