Cathy R Hill of Tullahoma passed this life on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at
Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton Hospital at the age of 64.  No services are
scheduled.

A native of New Orleans, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Mareem
Solkosky Ruskin.  She enjoyed reading, bowling, watching movies and being
with her granddaughter.

She is survived by husband, Michael Hill of Tullahoma; sons, David Samuel
Hill of Pennsylvania and Matthew Riley Hill (Sara) of Tullahoma and one
granddaughter, Elizabeth Esmee Hill.

Mark Stevens Arriaga

Mark Stevens Arriaga of Lascassas, passed this life on Friday, January 29,
2021 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital at the age of 52. No services are
scheduled.

A native of San Antonio, TX, he was the son of Antonio Arriaga of San
Antonio and Maria Alcorta Arriaga of Lascassas.  He enjoyed hiking, playing
his guitar and watching movies.  He also enjoyed traveling around Tennessee
and visiting and photographing the state’s small towns.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, Tony Arriaga of San
Antonio and Chris Arriaga of Murfreesboro.

Mary Frances Jones

Mary Frances Jones of Estill Springs passed this life on Saturday, January
30, 2021 at her residence at the age of 62.  No services are scheduled.

A native of Coffee County, she was the daughter of the late Norman Earl and
Sara Ruth Wimly Cook.   She was a former member of Decherd First Baptist
Church and enjoyed cooking, reading and being with her grandchildren.  “She
was a wonderful mother.”

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in by one great grandchild.

She is survived by son, Bruce Jones Jr of Estill Springs; daughter, Misty
Brown of Estill Springs; brothers, Daryl Cook of Estill Springs and Michael
Cook; sisters, Nancy Long of Hillsboro and Kathleen Cook of Tullahoma;
grandchildren, Sara Abigale and Ethan Brown and great grandchild, Jaiden
Brown.

Joseph Melvin Meadows

Mr. Joseph Melvin Meadows, age 88, of Hillsboro, TN, passed from this life on Friday, January 29, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Meadows was born in Haley, TN, to his late parents Henry Norris Meadows
and Lettie Gertrude Shofner. He served our country in the United States
Army in his early years, then went to work for AEDC as a pipefitter until
his retirement. Mr. Meadows was a faithful member of Hillsboro Church of
Christ. He was an avid gardner, loved fishing, watching westerns, boxing, a
good football game, and horseshoes. Mr. Meadows was affectionately known by
his grandchildren as “Horseshoe” or “Biscuit Boy.” In addition to his
parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Story Meadows; sisters,
Glyndon Aaron, Muriel Phillips, Nancy Willis, and Cassie Morrow; brothers,
Shofner Meadows and Jackie Meadows; two daughters, Trina Wooden and Susan Sweeton.

Mr. Meadows is survived by two children, Ronald D. (Vanessa) Meadows and
Gina Moore; grandchildren, Danielle (Wayne) Medley, Ashley Meadows, and
Seth Moore; great grandchildren, Cyrus Medley, Trey Medley, John Medley,
and Wayne Allen Medley; and many special nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 31, 2021, from 12 noon until
2:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services will be
conducted immediately following visitation at 2:00pm in the chapel of Central Funeral Home. Burial will take place on Monday, February 1, 2021, at 1:00pm at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Murfreesboro, TN.

John Earl Flath

John Earl Flath, of Wartrace, passed this life on Wednesday, January 27th, 2021 at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro at the age of 75. Mr. Flath was born in Cambridge, Ohio to the late Clarence and Mae Ogg Flath. He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era. Mr. Flath then went on to work as a Math Professor at Motlow State Community College and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Tullahoma. He is survived by his wife, Connie Flath; two daughters, Julie Flath and her fiancé Jason Kreider and Jennifer Flath and her fiancé John Craig; one granddaughter, Savannah Ruth Craig; and three great-grandchildren, Brayden, Hayden, and Ariel. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021 at 11:00am at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens with Revs. Alex Hoffner and Stephen Yates officiating. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either Trinity Lutheran Church, 705 Wilson Avenue, Tullahoma, Tennessee 37388 or the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
