David Joseph Smith

Graveside services for Mr. David Joseph Smith, age 39, of Manchester will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 21, 2020, at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel on Monday. September 21, 2020.  Mr. Smith passed from this life surrounded by his loving family on Friday, September 18, 2020, at his residence in Manchester, TN.

David was born in Warren County on November 29, 1980, the son of Ricky Smith and Tammy Webb.  He attended Warren County High School and was a heavy equipment operator. David enjoyed cooking, golfing at Smithview with his friends, bonfires during the fall, and UT football season. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend.

David is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ewell and Patsy Smith; maternal grandparents, Bill and Judy Snipes; uncles, Johnny Smith and Eugene Smith.  He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Tisha Smith; parents, Ricky Smith and Tammy Webb; children, Alarik Smith, Damaris “Dru” Kaegi, and Tristan Malone; grandchildren, Tuesday Kaegi; sister, Rebekah Mingle; brother, Jonathon Smith; sister-in-law, Kimberly Bouldin; nieces, Dixie Rich and Laura Rhea; nephew, James Mingle; several cousins and many friends.

David D. Lowhorn

David D. Lowhorn, age 101, of Winchester passed away on Friday, September 18, 2020 at his home. David was born on February 19, 1919 in Franklin County to the late Lee and Allie Blackburn Lowhorn. He served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. David loved his horses, and beagles. He loved people and fellowship with each and everyone. During his life, David worked as a painter at AEDC, and was a member of Marble Plains Baptist Church. He dearly loved his family, and especially enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, and great-great-granddaughter. In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Jewell Ulmer Lowhorn; his second wife, Doshia Smith Lowhorn; five brothers, James, Clifton, William, Sherman, and Daniel Lowhorn; and three sisters, Anna Mae Lightfoot, Effie Fanning, and Susie Turner. Mr. Lowhorn is survived by his two daughters, Glynda Moody and Shuran (Jim) Abbott; three sisters, Jean Haslett, Alline Letner, and Virginia Sparacino; two grandchildren, James (Allyson) Abbott, and Sherry (John) West; one great-granddaughter, Chelsie Liles; one great-great-granddaughter, Maddox Liles; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service with military honors will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 1:00pm at Maplewood Cemetery. Kilgore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Bruce Wade Neal

Bruce Wade Neal of Tullahoma passed this life on Friday, September 18, 2020 at the age of 62, at his home, surrounded by his family and friends. Bruce was born in Tullahoma to the late Robert and Lilly Virginia Teague Neal. During his life, Bruce worked as the owner and operator of Bruce Neal Tractor Works. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Mike Neal; and one sister, Jeanette Huskey. Mr. Neal is survived by his loving wife, Ellen Hyde Neal; one brother, David Neal; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Neal will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 4:00-7:00pm. Funeral services will immediately follow in the Kilgore Funeral Home chapel with Father Stephen Klasek officiating. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in Bruce’s memory be made to The American Cancer Society- PO Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718. Kilgore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Eva Marie Turner

Graveside services for Ms. Eva Marie Turner, age 82 of Tullahoma, will be
conducted at 1 PM on Sunday, September 20, 2020 in Rose Hill Memorial
Gardens with her son, Mark Turner officiating. Visitation with the family
will be held from 12 Noon until 12:30 in the Tullahoma Funeral Home chapel.
Ms. Turner passed away on Thursday, September 17 at Rock Gate Assisted
Living in Cowan, TN.

Ms. Eva was born on September 29, 1937, to the late John L. and Mildred
Jean Gunn Wilkinson in Tullahoma, TN.  She was of the Baptist faith. Some
her favorite pastimes included cooking, knitting, cross stitching,
traveling, and enjoyed being outdoors. Ms. Eva was known to have a great
fondness for her diet Sun-Drops.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Eva is preceded in death by her husband of
34 years, William A. Turner, grandson, Jordan Alton Turner, brothers,
Lewis, William Thomas, Coy, David, Wayne Wilkinson, sisters, Nell Matlock,
Sue Zobel, Margaret Jones, Nancy Corbin, and Mary Evelyn Wilkinson. She is
survived by her sons, Ronald Lee Turner and his wife, Tammy of Manchester,
William Mark Turner and his wife, Debbie of Estill Springs, and Hal Von
Turner of Manchester; daughters, Shannon Marie Monin and her husband, Carl
of Decatur, AL, and Judy Renee Raymond and her husband, Gary, of Rawlins,
WY; grandchildren, Traci, Amy, Mabel, Kenny, Whitney, Allie, Abbie, Will,
Chloe, Clay, and John; great grandchildren, Catie, Turner, Weston, and
Brooks.

Ms. Eva’s family would like to express their deepest appreciation to the
staff at Rock Gate Assisted Living, and to Joyce, Gina, Jill, Janice,
Paulette, Vickie, Mrs. Nellie, and especially Brenda for the love and care
they have shown to their mother.

Ruth N. Dale

Ruth N. Dale, 88, of Anderson, IN passed away on September 14, 2020 at her
daughter’s residence in Estill Springs, TN. She was born on August 10, 1932
in Livingston, Tennessee and resided most of her life in Anderson.

Ruth worked for Delco Remy Division of General Motors, and was a member of
The Anderson Church of the Brethren.

She enjoyed sewing and gardening, but most of all she loved to spend time
with her family.

Ruth is survived by her loving daughters, Toni (Tim) Bean, Tammy (Brian)
Pruitt-Ellis, Dana (Pat) Dale-Hardy; eight grandchildren; 18
great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and
nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Dale; parents, William
and Iva Nevins; siblings, Ina Jones, Dean Hasting, Archie Nevins, and Bill
Nevins.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 18, 2020, 10:30 am – 11:30 am at
Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street, Anderson, IN.

Services will be at 11:30 am, Friday, September 18, 2020, at the funeral
home with Rev. Archie Nevins officiating.

Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park in Anderson, IN.

Timothy Ray Earp

Timothy Ray Earp, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Wednesday, September 16th, 2020 at The Water’s of Winchester at the age of 60. Mr. Earp was born in Hammond, Indiana to the late Betty Sue Allen Earp and Denzil Ray Earp who survives. During his life he worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator with Midwest Operating Engineers and was a member of New Life Pentecostal Church. Mr. Earp was also a member of the Operating Engineers Local 150. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Laura Earp; one daughter, Katherine; two sisters, Susan Daulton and Tracey Caffee; and two brothers, Terry Earp and John Anthony Earp. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th, 2020 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 12:00pm-2:00pm with the funeral to immediately follow at 2:00pm with Pastor Jimmy Kelley officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

Debbie D Ferrell

Debbie D Ferrell passed this life on Friday, September 11, 2020 at the age
of 56.  Graveside services are scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2020 at
4 PM at Maplewood Cemetery.

Debbie, the daughter of the late Dickey and Gail Fultz Moore was born in
California on June 4, 1964. She enjoyed doing crafts, fishing, riding
go-carts and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donny
Ferrell.

She is survived by son, Donny Ferrell Jr of Tullahoma; daughter, Jessica
Ferrell of Estill Springs; sister, Sharon West of Tullahoma; six
grandchildren and one great grandchild.
