Gunnar Drew Roepke
Gunnar Drew Roepke of Tullahoma passed this life on Saturday, September 26,
2020 at the age of 27. Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday, October
2, 2020 at 10 AM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home. Visitation with the
family will be Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 5:30 PM -8:00 PM.
A native of Manhattan, KS, he was the son of Randy and Sherry Roepke of
Tullahoma. He worked as an aircraft mechanic and flying and working on
aircraft were some of his favorite activities. His favorite song was even
“Fly Me to the Moon” by Frank Sinatra. He was a gifted musician and taught
himself to play piano and the clarinet. In his youth, he spent many hours
volunteering with Horse Play and helping his grandfather with lawncare at
the Trinity Care Center.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Skylar Ansleigh Roepke; grandmother,
Norma Roepke and grandparents, Noel and Marilyn Nickel.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Camellia Roepke of
Tullahoma; son, O’Connar Roepke; daughter, McKenzie Grace Roepke; brother,
Matthew Roepke (Kayla) of Manhattan, KS; sister, Kellee West of Tullahoma;
grandfather, Ross Roepke of Tullahoma and nieces, Anna Leigh and Lacey West.

Cherry Sue Harding
Graveside services for Ms. Cherry Sue Harding, age 69, of Manchester, will
be conducted at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at Rose Hill
Memorial Gardens. Ms. Harding passed from this life on Sunday, September
27, 2020, at her residence in Manchester.
Cherry was born in Albany, GA, the daughter of the late John R. and Dorothy
Collins. She was a lifelong nurse who never met a stranger. Cherry was
open hearted, would help anyone in need, and fiercely loyal to her family.
Her grandchildren meant everything to her. Cherry was a loving mother,
grandmother, and sister.
In addition to her parents, Cherry is also preceded in death by one
brother, John Collins; one sister, Melanie Collins; one grandson, Justin
Jones. She is survived by her two sons, John Kenneth Jones and Karl
Stephen Jones; one brother, Anthony Collins; three grandchildren, Jordan
Jones, Tyler Jones, and Brianna Jones; four great-grandchildren, Logan
Jones, Laine Jones, Alexandria Jones, and Caden Tosh.

Darrell Wayne Booher
Darrell Wayne Booher, age 70 years and 5 months of Manchester, passed away
on Saturday, September 26, 2020, at his home after an extended illness. A
celebration of his life will be held at the First Baptist Church of
Manchester on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 11 AM with Pastor Brenton Cox
officiating. A visitation with the family will begin at 10 AM until time of
service. At his request, part of his remains will be buried in the family
cemetery in Livingston, TN and the rest will be scattered in the ocean in
Brazil.
Darrell was born on April 26, 1950, to the late Eugene and Vola Joyce Smith
Booher in McMinnville, TN. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of
Manchester and an electric operator for AEDC for 30 years. Darrell served
his country in the United States Navy on the US Navy Atlantic Fleet during
the Vietnam Era. After his honorable discharge from the Navy, Darrell
enlisted in the United States Army in the 1st Signal BN in Kaiserslautern,
Germany. Darrell’s family legacy for military service dates back to the
Civil War, WW I, and WWII. He is thought of as a devoted American who loved
his country. Darrell was a loving husband, devoted to his family, a loyal
friend, and a skilled electric guitar player. He had an open heart of
generosity and was an abundant giver.
In addition to his parents, Darrell is preceded in death by his brother,
Kevin Booher, and his “2nd dad”, James Bowen. He is survived by his loving
wife of 34 years, Ana Maria Oliveira Booher; his dear “2nd mom”, Chris
Bowen; sister, Patricia Carroll; 6 brothers-in-law and 5 sisters-in-law after; several cousins, numerous nieces and
nephews, in Tennessee and Brazil, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the music
ministry at the First Baptist Church of Manchester in memory of Darrell and
his love of music.

Hugh Michael “Mike” Gonzales
Hugh Michael “Mike” Gonzales, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Friday, September 25th, 2020 at his home at the age of 68. Mike was born in Tullahoma to the late Johnny Garcia Gonzales Sr. and Bessie Maude Parks Gonzales. He worked as a Computer Room Supervisor with Sverdrup and also had owned and operated his own karate studio: Bushido Wado Ryu. Mike was also a member of Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing as well as watching all different kinds of sports. Mike also loved classic cars…especially old Broncos. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Debbie Ruff. Mike is survived by his wife, Shara Gonzales; two daughters, Kristen Sisk and her husband David, and Katie Gleason and her husband Steve; three grandchildren, Reid Sisk and his girlfriend Emilie, and Emily and Elise Gleason; four brothers, Johnny Gonzales Jr. (Theresa), Mark Gonzales (Kate), Ralph Gonzales, and Bill Gonzales (Marty); and one sister, Shirley Floyd. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th, 2020 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 12:00-12:30pm. After visitation at the funeral home, there will be a funeral mass held at 1:00pm at Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic Church with Father Stephen Klasek officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
