Aaron Bennett
Aaron Bennett, age 87, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at his home
at Morning Point of Tullahoma. Graveside Services are scheduled for
Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 2 PM at Bethany Cemetery.
A native of Tullahoma, he was the son of the late Archie and Lillie
Bennett. Aaron was a veteran and POW of the Korean War and also served his
country in Vietnam. For his service he earned numerous awards including:
the Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal, Korean Service Medal, Combat Infantryman
Badge, United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army
Commendation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and the Republic of Vietnam
Campaign Medal. Mr. Bennett served over 20 years in the U S Army.
Aaron enjoyed making people smile. He loved country and gospel music and
would entertain people by singing. He also enjoyed fishing, playing golf
and target shooting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Julie
Swinford Bennett; daughter, Brenda Gail Bennett; son, Howard Anthony “Tony”
Bennett; brothers, Marlon, J.D. and Maurice and sisters, Birdie Mae, Irene,
Martha, Alvaree and Helen.
Mr. Bennett is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley Payne Frazier
Shirley Payne Frazier, of Fayetteville, passed this life on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the age of 67. No services are scheduled at this time.
Mrs. Frazier was born in Wheeling, Illinois to J.M. Payne and the late Lilly Sue Swinford Payne. She enjoyed being outdoors and cooking, but most of all, she loved to spend time with her family and making her house a home.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jackie Taylor and granddaughter, Starr.
Along with her father, she is survived by son, Joe Dietz of Meridianville; daughters, DeAnna Martin and Hope Jeans of Fayetteville; brothers, Charlie Payne of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kenneth Ferris Winstt Jr of Fayetteville, Jim Payne of Illinois, Stanly Payne of Fayetteville; sisters, Mona Payne of Fayetteville, Jeannie Gallant of Murfreesboro, Pennie Winstt of Fayetteville, Trina Nelson of Norfolk, VA, Barbara K. Amy Jewell Spears Vandagriff
Mrs. Amy Jewell Spears Vandagriff, age 92, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life Tuesday, February 9, 2021, in Manchester, TN.
Mrs. Vandagriff was born in Burkesville, KY, to her late parents Dewey
Spears and Pearl Branham Spears. She was a homemaker all her life. Mrs.
Vandagriff enjoyed cooking for anyone and everyone and loved taking care of
anyone she came into contact with. She loved everybody and was a caring,
loving soul. Mrs. Vandagriff loved her grandkids very much and always
preached to her family not to be quick to judge and treat everyone the
same. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by children,
Helen Freeze, Wade Vandagriff, Marco Barnes, Pearl Vandagriff;
grandchildren, Jeff and Jeremiah Vandagriff; siblings, Marge McMahan
Holmes, JW Spears, Alvin Spears, and Ruth Humphrey.
Mrs. Vandagriff is survived by sons, Dwight (Laura) Vandagriff, Derwin
(Debbie) Vandagriff, Wayne (Sheryl) Vandagriff; brother, Keith (Wanda)
Spears; sister, Barbara (Ruel) Melton; grandchildren, Jason and Amy Freeze,
Brock and Andrea Freeze, Kora (Justin) McIntosh, Jennifer (Neal) Simmons,
Lisa (Heath) Jacobs, Daniel (Alex) Vandagriff, Brandon Wilder, and Dustin
(Danielle) Barnes; 17 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at 2:00pm at
Fredonia Cemetery in Manchester, TN, with Ralph Hart and Ray Marcom officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Monroe Carell Jr.
Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Michael “Mickey” Keele
Mr. Michael “Mickey” Keele, age 79, of Manchester,
TN, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at his residence
surrounded by his loving family.
Mickey was born in Coffee Co., TN, to his late parents Elmer Clyde Keele
and Verna Beatrice Meadows Keele. He worked as a master machinist at BF
Goodrich for 38 years until retirement. Mickey loved listening and playing
bluegrass music, piddling and working on his farm, and loved Braves
Baseball, Titans football and Alabama football. In addition to his parents,
he was preceded in death by brother, EC Keele and grandson, Michael Thomas
Keele, III.
Mickey is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Dianne Keele; son,
Michael Thomas Keele, Jr.; daughter, Virginia “Jenny” Lea (Michael) Keele
Shelton; step-son, Chuck (Stephanie) Fulks; step-daughters, Shanda Fulks
and Tammy Fulks; step grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan, and Brandon; step
great grandchildren, Ireland, Samantha, and Amber; grandchildren, Joseph,
John, Jacob, and Patrick; great grandchildren, Eli, Rhett, and Nora.
Family will receive friends on Friday, February 12, 2021, from 12 noon
until 2:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services
will be conducted immediately following visitation at 2:00pm with Lewis
Johnson and Bro. Roger Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Farrar Hill
Cemetery in Manchester, TN.

Mildred Marie Morrison
Manchester, Tennessee – Mrs. Mildred Marie Morrison, age 69, of Manchester,
TN, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 8, 2021, at her residence
surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Morrison was born in Clyo, GA, to her late parents Gilbert Bowen and
Martha Marie Stevens Bowen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in
death by her husband, Richard Wayne Morrison; brothers, Richard Earl Bowen
and George Clifford Bowen.
Mrs. Morrison is survived by her children, Amy Morrison, Lisa Schrader,
Richard Morrison and Michael Morrison; siblings, Liz Hudson, Margie Hodis,
Wayne Bowen, Martha Appenfeldt, Mary Fiori, Susan Huff, Barbara LeClair,
Gilbert Bowen Jr., and Rita Loos; 12 grandchildren and 6 great
grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 11, 2021, from 12 noon
until 2:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. A Celebration of
Life service will be conducted immediately following visitation at 2:00pm
with Jeff Collett officiating.
