Barbara Jean Grayson Curtiss
Mrs. Barbara Jean Grayson Curtiss, age 75, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Thursday, February 18, 2021, in Murfreesboro, TN.
Mrs. Curtiss was born in Whitwell, TN, to her late parents Walter Crawford
Grayson and Ada Mae Holloway Grayson. She was a homemaker all her life.
Mrs. Curtiss loved doing crossword puzzles and recently took up sewing and
hand embroidering as a hobby. She was much loved by her family and will be
deeply missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her
husband, Fred Neal Curtiss; and son, Fred “Lucky” Neal Curtiss, Jr.
Mrs. Curtiss is survived by sons, Mike (Vicky) Curtiss, Guy Curtiss;
daughter, Patricia (Chris) Northcutt; brother, David (Darlene) Grayson;
sister, Geraldine Barber; grandchildren, Chris Curtiss, Lisa, Kaylah,
Ashley (Chris) Gibson, Robert Northcutt, Ethan Northcutt, Karissa (Greg)
Knost, Logan Curtiss, and Clifton Curtiss; several great grandchildren and
several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 20, 2021, from 4:00pm
until 8:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services
will be conducted on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at 11:00am in the chapel of
Central Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Hopkins officiating. Burial will
immediately follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma, TN.

Shalonda Gallagher Meeks
Mrs. Shalonda Gallagher Meeks, 46, passed away unexpectedly Saturday February 13, 2021 at the Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was born in Fort Oglethorphe, Georgia on October 7, 1974.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Dale Gallagher;
father-in-law, Norman Jr. “June Bug” Meeks; aunt, Tressie Jo Gallagher
Kennedy; cousin, Shannon Magourik; grandparents, Benton Clay and Cleora
Wilson Gallagher.
She was a Testing Coordinator for Grundy County Schools and had worked in
education for the past 18 years touching many lives.
She is survived by her husband, Monte Meeks; son, Bryson Braden; daughters,
Karastin and Kyla Braden; step-son, Creed Meeks; step-daughter, Emilee
Meeks; mother, Karen Barnes Gallagher; brother, Dustin (Tava) Gallagher;
sister, Amanda (Jamie) Ruehling; grandchildren, Tristin, Lindley and Shayde
Nunley; nephews, Jaden and Jeter Ruehling; niece, Jalie Ruehing; nephew,
Devan (Akia) and Greyson Meeks, niece, Felicia (Blake) Rich; mother-in-law,
Carolyn Meeks; brothers-in-law, Michael (Jackie), Craig (Jennifer) and Cory
Meeks; uncles, Bobby (Shelia) and Kenny (Tammy) Gallagher and family;
cousins, Shelly (Craig) Landis and family; Scotty Magouirk and Benji

Daniel Lewis Hunt
Funeral services for Mr. Daniel Lewis Hunt, age 80 of Manchester, will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 19, 2021, at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Welker Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at the funeral home. Mr. Hunt passed from this life surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at his residence.
Dan was born on May 28, 1940 in Farmland, Indiana, the son of the late Hubert and Agnes Hunt. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, a retired truck driver, and after retirement he worked part time at the Summitville Convenience Center. Dan loved to go bowling, work in his garden or in his yard, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
In addition to his parents, Dan is also preceded in death by his six siblings, Mildred, Phylis, Pat Seadeek, Rose Brown, Kenneth Hunt, and Gilbert Dill. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Sandy Hunt; children, Penny (Willis Good) Wright, Janna (Kevin) Knott, Nanette Bell, and Daniel Hunt, Jr.; grandchildren, Miranda (Josh) Alexander, Ryan Lowery, Courtney (Tom) Johnson, Brittany (Jordan Caudill) Knott, Keshia Bell, and Corey Bell; great-grandchildren, Tate, Mason, and Silas Alexander, Trenton, Rylyn, and Jaxon Lowery, and Jayden, Triton, and Taitlyn Johnson.

Mrs. Billie Faye Terrill, age 75 of Monteagle, Tennessee, passed away
Monday, February 15, 2021.
Born September 22, 1945 to the late Bill and Charline Thomas, “Billie Faye”
enjoyed meeting new people and being around people. In her spare time, she
enjoyed reading and will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother and
grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of over fifty years, Billy Terrill; two sons,
Travis (Tammy) Terrill and Tyson Terrill; four grandchildren, Derek
Andrews, Trenton Terrill, Jordan Terrill and Joseph Hamby and two great
grandchildren, Asia Lawson and Isabelle Lawson.

Terry Doyle Jacobs
Funeral services for Mr. Terry Doyle Jacobs, age 61, of Manchester will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 1:00PM at Manchester Funeral Home with Roger Bar officiating. Burial to follow in Welker Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 22, 2021 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home. Mr. Jacobs passed from this life on Saturday, February 13, 2021.
Terry was born in Manchester, TN on December 20, 1959, the son of the late Shubert and Elva Jacobs. Terry was self-employed and enjoyed doing many side jobs. Terrys favorite things were watching Tom Brady play football, watching nascar, and spending time with his family at the beach.
In addition to his parents, Terry is preceded in death by four brothers, Leon Jacobs, Lynnie Jacobs, Earl Jacobs, and Larry Jacobs; one sister, Elaine Miller. He is survived by one son, Kyle Lowe; one daughter, Lauren Uselton (Brian); one brother, Eddie Jacobs, one sister, Gloria Higgins (Butch).

Aiden Chesley Cooper Ridner
Aiden Chesley Cooper Ridner of Manchester passed this life on Wednesday,
February 10, 2021 at the age of 2. Funeral Services are scheduled on
Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Hurricane Grove Cemetery. The family will receive
friends on Monday, February 15 from 5 – 8 PM at the funeral home.
Aiden, the son of Samuel and Bethany Ridner of Manchester, was born in
Winchester on August 29, 2018. In addition to his parents, he is survived
by brother, Braylen Ridner; grandparents, Samuel and Diane Ridner of
Manchester, Thomas and Candy Fairris of Mount Pleasant and Sherry Fairris
of Manchester; uncles, Michael Hopkins (Lyndsy) of Manchester, James
“Rusty” Ridner (Sarah) of Shelbyville and Steven Ridner (Misty) of
Lynchburg and aunts, Angela Gordon of Winchester, Breanna Fairris (fiancé,
Will Knight) of Manchester, Terri Lynn, Deire Hunter and Kristi Downey, all
of Mount Pleasant and Amy Bond (Jimmy) of Woodbury.

Randall W. Williams
Randall W. Williams of Manchester passed this life on Thursday, February
11, 2021 at his residence at the age of 68. No services are scheduled.
A native of Coffee County, he was the son of the late Wesley and Mary
Simmons Williams. He was a U S Air Force veteran and was employed by the
Tennessee Dept of Transportation. He was a” jack of all trades” and
enjoyed working on cars and woodworking.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Rex
Williams.
Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Linda Williams; son, James Williams
and daughter, Sandy West (John), all of Manchester. In addition, he is
survived by brothers, Charles “Curley”, Albert and Clyde Williams, all of
Manchester; sisters, Helen Hill and Barbara Michael, both of Manchester;
Lois Cyree (Jimmy) of Winchester, Joyce Pateritsas of Georgia, Linda Cooley
(Buddy) of Pocahontas and Carolyn Tavner of Arkansas and granddaughter,
Karra Newman.

Bernice “Gail” Owens
Bernice “Gail” Owens, age 66, of Cowan, Tennessee passed away Thursday,
February 11, 2021.
Born in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Robert and Ruby Jane Moore on March
20, 1954, “Gail” devoted most of her life to her family. Of the Pentecostal
faith, she never met a stranger and enjoyed gardening especially growing
tomatoes. She loved going to yard sales and shopping at the Goodwill, not
just for herself but for others mostly. “Gail” will forever be remembered
as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be
missed dearly.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, W.P.
Cawood; one son, Eugene Owens; one grandchild, Mackenzie Bragg; six
brothers, Carlos Moore, Harry Moore, R.D. Moore, Leonard Moore, Jack Moore
and Jerry Moore; and one sister, Thelma Turner.
Survivors include her husband of twenty two years, Winston Owens; one son,
Lee Collins; three daughters, Patti (Jay) Bragg, Lora (Dakota) Bell and
Charline Butner; two brothers, Henry (Wanda) Moore and Ranal (Anne) Moore;
one sister, Jenny Moore; fourteen grandchildren, Justice, Abbi Gail, Kiona,
Cody, Camaron, Cayden, Kristen, Elijah, Teagen, Greyson, Deklyn, Easton,
T.J. and Mikey and eleven great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no services are scheduled at this time,
however the family plans to hold a memorial service, to be announced, at a
later date.
