Ingeborg Margarete Schluntz
Ingeborg Margarete Schluntz, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Sunday,
December 13, 2020 at her residence. No services are scheduled.
Mrs. Schluntz, a native of Berlin, Germany, was the daughter of the late
Herbert Borchers and Margarete Schulz. She worked for many years as the
assistant to the Director of Admissions for California State Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death son, Haltmut Schluntz
and sister, Margarete Hildebrandt.

Thomas Ray “Tom” McDevitt
In his home in Manchester, TN, on the evening of December 12, 2020, Thomas
Ray “Tom” McDevitt joined with our Lord and Savior into eternal peace,
Comforted by the loving embrace of his ever-caring wife of 47 years, Donna.
Also by his side were his steadfast son, Jeremy, adoring daughter, Amy, and
attentive son-in-law, Tyler Hume. Mr. Tom passed at the age of 65 years, 10
months, and 6 days.
A brilliant computer technologist, Mr. Tom served in the United States Air
Force as a cryptographic technician from 1974 until 1982, traveling
extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. After his
honorable service, he worked fir Motorola as a field service engineer.
Beloved for his wit, light-hearted and easy-going nature, Mr.Tom was known
for his storytelling and his love for Nascar and fishing.
In addition to his loving wife, children and son-in-law, he is survived by
Amy and Tyler’s son, Kaden Hume, as well as his cherished dogs, Daisy and
Max, and Jeremy’s dog, Riley. Mr. Tom is preceded in death by his parents,
Ralph, and Bertha Wallin McDevitt, and his brother, Randy McDevitt.
As per Mr. Tom’s request, no funeral services will be held, however, a
celebration of his life and a memorial website will be scheduled for a
later date in his hometown of Ashville, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mr. Tom’s
honor, to the Fischer House at www.fischerhouse.org .

Bradley T. Brake
Bradley T. Brake, age 94 of Manchester, TN passed from this life at his home after an extended illness on Saturday, December 12, 2020. Born in Eatonton, GA, Putnam County, of July 3, 1926. Bradley was one of twelve children and was the last surviving child.
Bradley, or B.T. as known to his Georgia family, was a faithful and active member of the Bell Springs United Methodist Church. He loved God, his family, and his little dogs Rex and Rusty. He served in the National Guard and he retired from AEDC after 30 years. He also was a long time Ham radio operator and an FCC examiner for many years. He loved working on electronics after he retired and could fix most anything. Brad was up to just about any task, and especially liked helping people.
He is survived by his loving wife, Madge, and they recently celebrated their 75th anniversary.
Survived by two sons, Warren (Gail) Brake of Calhoun, GA, Edwin (Peggy) Brake of Morrison, TN, and one daughter Carol (Charlie) Cox of Manchester, TN.
Six grandchildren, Crystal Brake, Jennifer Brake, Wendy Stucky, Elizabeth (Tony) Lockhart, Stephanie Hudgens and Shaina Cox.
One great-grandchild, Samantha Stucky and one great-great-grandchild Sophia Stucky.
Host of nephews and nieces and a very special friend, Fran Peacock.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020, at Fredonia Cemetery in Manchester, TN.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to Bell Springs United Methodist Church Building Fund, 9607 Murfreesboro Highway, Manchester, TN in the Noah Community, or charity of your choice.

Jean Chilton, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Wednesday, December 9, 2020
at her residence at the age of 85. Private services will be conducted.
Mrs. Chilton, a native of Bedford County, was the daughter of the late
Robert and Ruby Sons Glascoe. She enjoyed cooking, knitting and flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,
Thomas Chilton; son, Jerry Chilton; brothers, Buck and Aaron Glascoe; twin
sister, Irene Damron and sisters, Ruth Damron, Helen Harris and Christine
Smith.
Mrs. Chilton is survived by daughter, Dawn Willis and her husband, Thomas
of Tullahoma and brother, Ernie Glascoe and his wife, Daisy of Tullahoma.

Jerry Ray Taylor of Petersburg, passed this life on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the age of 56, surrounded by his loving family. No services are scheduled at this time.
Mr. Taylor was born in Brooksville, Florida to the late Wilburn and Betty Watson Taylor. He was a jack-of-all-trades and tinkered with anything that was put in front of him. He enjoyed his years as a truck driver and also enjoyed fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Carl Taylor, Diemer Taylor, and Buddy Taylor; sister, Louise Watson.
He is survived by daughters, Heather Marie Haroon (Nearchan) of Pulaski, Beth Leeann Suttles (Joey) of Indiana, Alisha Fay Lungren (Jason) of Indiana; brother, Harvey Watson of Fayetteville; sisters, Kathy Weston (Randy) of Petersburg and Mary Ellen Weston of Park City; and his eight grandchildren.

Patricia Lynn Amos
Patricia Lynn Amos, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Wednesday, December
9, 2020 at her residence at the age of 73. Private services will be
conducted.
Mrs. Amos, a native of Coffee County, was the daughter of the late R D
Raines and the late Ella Virginia Beavers O’Dear. She attended school at
the Moore County school system in Lynchburg. She loved reading, visiting
with her grandchildren, country music and her dog “Pooh”. She also loved
celebrating holidays, going to bookstores and the library and eating at the
Ponderosa restaurant. Her family affectionately called her “Noona”.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Seleta
Johnson and children, Patricia Darlene Tankersley and Wendy Cordelia Evans.
Mrs. Amos is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jack J. Amos; children,
Carla (Tim) Michael, Kristy (Jeff) Ricco and Jack “Grady” Amos; sister,
Selena Keele; grandchildren, Cassie (Stephen) Welsh, Cody (Elizabeth)
Michael, C. J. (Sydney) Laster, Christina Laster, Alijah Amos, Josh
Tankersley, Justin (Michal) Tankersley, Quinton Tankersley, Corrie Saine,
Kassaundra Evans, Alyssa Evans and Collin Evans and twelve great
grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in
her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place,
Memphis, TN 38105-9959. Mrs. Amos supported them for many years.
