Horace Mitchell Grosch

Mr. Horace Mitchell Grosch, age 87, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Sunday, January 3, 2021, in Nashville, TN.

Mr. Grosch was born in Manchester, TN, to his late parents William Morris
Grosch and Ada Mae Groves Grosch. He was an electrician and owned and
operated G & R Electric Co. until his retirement. Mr. Grosch was also a
veteran of the United States Army. He was a faithful member of Asbury
United Methodist Church and  was also a member of the National Knife
Collectors and Dealers Association and the Case Collectors Club. He enjoyed
fishing, hunting, and working outdoors in his garden. In addition to his
parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, William Morris Grosch Jr.
and David Lee Grosch, and sister, Lula Belle Lowery.

Mr. Grosch is survived by his wife of 66 years, Peggy Ann Yates Grosch;
sons, James and Steven Grosch; daughters, Patricia Howland and Karen
Parkison; sisters, Nazaretta Finney and Brainard Bonner; nine grandchildren
and thirteen great grandchildren.

Due to the present Covid-19 health crisis, the family will have a memorial
service at a later date.

Patrick Earl “Pat” Silvertooth

Silvertooth, Patrick Earl “Pat”, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Saturday, January 2nd, 2021 at his home at the age of 68. Pat was born in Tullahoma to the late Walter and Betty Blackburn Silvertooth and worked during his life in Sales for Wisco. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, George Phillip Silvertooth and Robert Silver tooth. Pat is survived by his son, Drew Silvertooth (Jennifer); his daughter, Kristi Silvertooth; one brother, Walter Silvertooth (Camille); one sister, Beth Silvertooth; his girlfriend, Jackie; three grandchildren, Andrew, Preston, and McKenna; and several nieces and nephews. Per Pat’s wishes, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either the Ronald McDonald House, or Haven of Hope.

Rodney W Casbon Jr.

Rodney “Robbie” W Casbon Jr of Manchester passed this life on Wednesday,
December 30, 2020 at the age of 26. Services are scheduled for Tuesday,
January 5, 2020 at 6 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with visitation
form 4 – 6 PM.

A native of Manchester, he was the son of Rodney Casbon Sr (Denise) of
Tullahoma and Donna Nevins (Dan) of Manchester. He attended the Lighthouse
Church in Tullahoma and was active in their food ministry.  He enjoyed
helping people.  He collected guns and knives and enjoyed video gaming and
cosplay.  His favorite movie was a childhood favorite “The Lion King”.

“Robbie” was preceded in by grandfather, Richard Dale Fisher and
grandmother, Juanita C Cardenal.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandmother, Shirley Marie
Young of Manchester; sisters, Kathleen Haynes and Jennifer Anglin, both of
Tullahoma and Stephanie and Savannah Casbon, both of Manchester; aunt
Sharon Williams of Manchester; uncle Keith Cardenal of Manchester and
several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in
his name to Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.

Bobbie Ruth Melton

A graveside service for Mrs. Bobbie Ruth Melton, age 89, of Tullahoma, will be conducted on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens with Pastor Bryan Huffer officiating. Mrs. Melton passed from this life on Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Bailey Manor in Winchester.
Bobbie was born in Bedford county on November 19, 1931, to the late Thomas and Laura Lyda. She attended Trinity Christian Fellowship and previously taught Sunday school for many years at the Dechard Church of God. Bobbie and her husband owned 3-Way Market for many years. She loved to write poems and enjoyed spending time outdoors.
In addition to her parents, Bobbie is also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jay Melton. She is survived by one sister, Juanita Perry and a host of nieces and nephews.

Harriett Diane Petty

Funeral services for Ms. Harriett Diane Petty, age76 of Manchester, will be
conducted on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at 1 PM in the Manchester Funeral
Home chapel with Bro. Dana Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in the
Wesley Chapel cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday,
January 1 from 6 – 8 PM at the funeral home and from 11 AM until time of
service on Saturday. Ms. Petty passed away on Tuesday at Bailey Manor in
Manchester.

Ms. Petty was born on December 11, 1944, in Viola, TN to the late Louie
Brown and Doris Mae Stone Fry. She volunteered at the Arts Center in
Manchester and attended the First United Methodist Church in Manchester.
Ms. Petty loved all animals, tame and wild, especially cats. Ms. Petty was
a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Petty is preceded in death by her husband,
James Albert Petty; brothers, Ronald, David and Neil Fry; great
granddaughter, Renli Jo Reynolds. She is survived by her sons, John David
Toliver and his wife, Mary, and Jason Petty and his wife, Hope;
grandchildren, Kaitlin Gevedon, Kali Conner, Krysten Toliver, Kamryn
Toliver, Loralei Petty, and James Petty; great grandchildren, Kylan Conner,
Millie Conner, Landry Gevedon, Baker Reynolds, and Dawson Reynolds; sister,
Sharon Bailey; nieces, Karen Fry, Sharla Hoffman; nephew, Randy Bailey.

 The family would like to thank the staff of Bailey Manor for their loving
and compassionate care of their mother.

In lieu of flowers, the family strongly suggests that donations be made to
the Coffee County Humane Society. The family also stresses the wearing of
masks and social distancing during your time at the funeral home.

Autry Ferrell

Manchester, Tennessee – Mr. Autry Ferrell, age 80, of Hillsboro, TN, passed
from this life Tuesday, December 29, 2020, in Nashville, TN.

Mr. Ferrell was born in Manchester, TN, to his late parents Franklin and
Ollie Jacobs Ferrell. He was a faithful member of the Church of God of
Prophecy in Tullahoma, TN. He had many hobbies and interests in his free
time including riding his motorcycle, yard work, old cars, and he very much
enjoyed taking care of his mini farms. Mr. Ferrell loved travelling and
loved spending time with his family. He was a veteran of the United States
Army and after retiring from the Army, he was a full time minister. Mr.
Ferrell loved his family dearly and will be very missed. In addition to his
parents, he was preceded in death by grandson, Kevin Ray Ferrell; multiple
brothers and sisters.

Mr. Ferrell is survived by his wife of 58 years, Christina Ferrell; sons,
Michael Ferrell, Autry Ray “Tiny” Ferrell, Ruben (Trisha) Ferrell, and
Brandon Ferrell; daughter, Boniquica Ferrell; brothers, Gary (Jean) Ferrell
and Larry (Sherrill) Ferrell; sister, Ophelia Jones; grandchildren,
Christina, Sonya, Dillen, Jason & Nicole, Vickie  & Jessie, David, Josh,
Ben, Elizabeth (Anthony), Alexis, and Paityn; great grandchildren, Branson,
Coy, Carter, and Allisa.

Family will receive friends on Friday, January 1, 2021, from 10:00am until
11:30am at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. A Celebration of Life
service will be conducted immediately following the visitation at 11:30am
with Bro. Prickett officiating.
