Manchester Mayor Lonnie Norman has announced the Manchester Christmas Parade has been rescheduled for this Saturday Dec.10th at 6pm with lineup beginning at 5pm. Mr. Coolidge Holt has been selected to serve as the honored Grand Marshal for the 2016 ‘Under the Christmas Tree’ Manchester Parade.
