CCMS Softball 8th Graders
North Franklin held the Coffee County Middle School softball team to 4 hits for the game, but the Lady Raiders got another command performance from pitcher Hanna Richardson as they defeated the Lady Gators 4 to 0 on 8th Grade Night. Richardson, a sixth grader, held the Lady Gators to 3 hits as she pitched the complete game shutout. Eight grade players Ashley Evans, Keelie Hillis, Kaileigh Tidwell and Kyla Craig had the hits for the Lady Raiders. They, along with 8th graders Gracie Pippenger, Sarah West, Amanda Mukai, Maddie Harryman and Abigail Parker were honored in a ceremony following the game. The Lady Raiders are off until Thursday, April 7th when they play host to Lincoln County. That game is set to get underway at 5:30 PM at CCMS.
