Tullahoma Man Arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registry Law and more

Larry Aubrey Price age 47 of Growden Lane Tullahoma was charged recently with contraband in a penal institution, sex offender registry and violation of sex offender live/work restriction.
According to authorities, on February 16, 2016, Price, who is currently on probation for sex crimes with the state of Tennessee violated the sex offender registry law by failing to register with the state regarding his address change within 48 hours. He also apparently violated the sex offender registry law by residing within 1000 feet of an elementary school in Coffee County.
On Thursday March 17, 2016, Price was at the Coffee County probation office on Wilson Avenue in Tullahoma where officers served two active warrants out of Coffee County General Sessions court. After allegedly telling officers he had no contraband on his person, Price, according to an arrest warrant was found to be in possession of a cell phone, cigarettes and a small amount of a green plant-like material believed to be marijuana.
Bond was set at $45,000 for Price and he has a court date of April 14, 2016.
